the "garage expert" lubricated all parts, and found a bolt that was loose which caused the noise of the door opening and closing. He fixed that as well. The garage door is now much less noisy! It went well, for sure.

Scheduling was quick and he arrived on time. The keypad was installed quickly although it started coming loose after the first couple tries. He did not secure it to the wall, could have used better screws. I had to call to reprogram and service was good, they helped me reprogram it and my garage door openers.

The installation of the seal went well. Purchased a second remote. Thought it was used but it worked so no complaint on that. However, the battery died shortly thereafter. The minimum that the company should have done was put in a new battery.

The gentleman was very kind and explained how to fix if it happens again. He was very thorough.

The appointment was from 4-6 and he showed up at 5:45. Got the address wrong, so when he called and he was out front, he was actually down the street. My door was not a normal door so I had to pay an extra $98 for the adapter in order to get what I wanted, the rubber liner at the bottom to keep out leaves and dirt. He took his time to lubricate the bearing and showed me where i was missing when I self-lube. I was overall pleased with the service.

I just paid the big deal price. They were fine. I would use them again.

It went very well and once inspected, then discovering my rollers were not able to be lubricated, I had my roller changed and it is working well now. The service, evaluation, recommendation and cost of repairs were spot on and completed at a reasonable cost.

The service was very complete. He checked all the parts related to our garage door and then lubericated all the moving parts. He shared with was things that will need replaced in the future. We asked if he had time to look at the double car garage. He did and we ended up replacing the rollers and the springs that were in bad shape. We actually had only one spring for the huge double door and he put in the two that it should have had from the start, for safety sake. We will be using them again when we are ready to replace the spring and rollers in the second garage. The work was done in a timely & professional manner. We are very pleased. Thank you, Doug

We had to reschedule when the tech had a flat tire, but they were prompt on the next appointment and the work was well done.

All went well the tech showed my husband the defective device and the age of the device so it was due.

The technician lubricated the garage door. He discovered it was not closing properly, and made adjustments at no extra charge.

During the inspection it was found that my rollers were old and were wobbling which created a lot of noise. The 12 rollers were replaced and my door is quiet again.

Wouldn't adjust door sring. Wanted More money. Bait and switch. Adjusted opener belt but left it twisted. Only got more trouble for my money

Previous screw drive services performed with graphite (versus spray can treatment) and previous door hinge spray lubricant was applied to hinge interiors (versus spraying exterior hinge metal casings). Based on observing a dozens of previous lubricant applications, as a layman I assume treatments observed previously were the preferred technique. Of course, it's possible the method previously observed was incorrect; however, Home Depot sales personnel's opinion is consistent with my mine; therefore, I'll personally give the screw drive and hinges a second treatment using Home Depot's garage door kit. Serviceman was extremely polite, and was kind enough to correct a problem I had with rubber garage door bottom gasket without charging additional fee, for which I am most appreciative.

They squeezed a service call in for us since our door wouldn't close. Sean did a great job of getting it to work again!
