We asked for a tuning and didn't get good service. The rollers are still noisy, they didn't do a good job. The quality of service was not good.

It turned out good. He was pretty experienced. As far as that, he knew his job to get to it. Personality-wise, I'd say zero. It didn't make you confident as far as personality was concerned. The price was very good. I don't know, quality-wise. He fixed it, so I guess it's good quality. It was 2 weeks later and not even a telephone call. I can't remember if he showed up after he was supposed to be here.

good. he was able to quote me for a new motor and wheels. and told me i didn't need a motor right away

Went smoothly with all issues addressed and questions answered.

Tightened chain - lubed squeaks. Did not get them all - probably about 60 - 70% of them. Maybe if I avoid their specials I'll get a better job.

No problems. Technician arrived on time & seemed to be very honest.

Took 2 trips, but job is done and everything is working.

It went very well. The technician arrived timely, checked out the door, replaced the bottom weatherstripping, lubricated the rollers, springs, etc. He also discussed regular maintenance I should do.

The technician was knowledgeable and very polite and professional. He did the work promptly and with precision. I was very happy with everything.

Excellent. The tech explained what he was doing as he performed his job and answered my questions. He made some recommendations on how I could maintain it for longer life.

They didn't do any tune up and just charged extra money for a part

It was fine. Didn't know what to expect in regard to work but was surprised at how quick he was in and out.

Technician arrived on time and was professional. He oiled the garage door rollers and did not try to sell me any thing that wasn't needed.

it was not what I expected. It is not really a remote. You still need to MANUALLY enter the code. So either their description was not detailed enough or I misread it. So I would not order or recommend that again. But the service person was on time, polite and efficient. I would use them for other services

he did an awesome job. Gave me a estimate of what may need to be done in the future. But in the meantime, I could get by with this repair.

We had a very squeaky & noisy door. The repairman was on time, very polite & he fixed the problem. He even gave us advise on where & when to lube the door in the future.

Great, was on time, explained everything he was doing and recommendations on what to fix. No pressure to complete and showed the wear and tear.

The owner came out to my home, and told me my garage opening was too old and unable to receive the signal. He recommended a $10 part that would fix it, and I agreed, and he ordered it. I called to schedule a follow-up appointment, and he told me that he spoke with the manufacturer, and that $10 part would not work, and that he needed to order a $50 part to make it work. The $69 job almost doubled, and I said no and that it would have been helpful if he was upfront on that first appointment. Then, I contacted Angie's List to cancel, and they said it was outside of the 30 day time period, and would need to apply to another company's service. No one had the same offer, and it was going to cost me 2x or more to add a keypad and tune-up. Angie's List finally made an exception to refund me after about 10 emails. Warning to all who use Angie's List -- if the company can't do the work, then immediately cancel within the 30 day period, or you won't be able to get a refund, and highly unlikely to get the same deal as originally offered.

I was never contacted by the company and so no service was given

Terrible, On January 3, 2017 He came to my home, looked at my garage door which was working fine, I just wanted to make sure the tension was correct and door was lubricated. He immediately tried to up sell me and said I needed new springs and a different bracket (cost $410.00) Note: my home is only 7 years old. I said I did want to spend that much money, he then took a spray can of lube and hit 4 spots and then suggested new rollers for $93.00. I said OK and paid the additional $93.00 and the initial tune up special was $29.95 for a total cost of $122.95. Two days later I noticed that he was offering a special tune-up including new rollers for $79.95. I quickly called Doug the owner/technician and asked if he would consider offering me that same discounted price. He said he would think about it and get back with me in a couple days. One week later I called and he said he needed more time to consider. I called him one week after that and he agreed to refund me $40.00. That was on January 17th and I have yet to receive the promised refund and I probably won't. Bottom Line: his tune-up is absolutely a gimmick to up-sell, he doesn't return phone calls and he is not a man of his word. Update- He called me and explained that he had to leave town due to a death in the family. He apologized and offered a refund. I received the check for the refund as promised. He did honor his word and make it right.
