The contract had called for Seal Krete to be used because the estimator feared that the paint would not stick to our siding, but I don't think that was actually done. When I first contacted APC about the problem, the office sent out a touch-up painter. He did a nice job, but he didn't address the root of the problem, and the week after he left we noticed another peeling paint spot. I contacted the office again, and I was told that a project/production manager would contact me. It's now almost a month later, and despite the fact that I contact the office weekly, I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm going to be very annoyed if I have to pay another company to repaint."
