"Absolutely will be calling again for any AC needs. Appointment was made quick, explained our situation and what we had been told by other companies. Not only was Salty kind and understanding, he worked with us in regards to what he could do for the cost we could afford. Having a very elderly grandmother with health issues sitting in 83 degrees was quickly remedied with much less stress than I was prepared to have to undertake. He offered to continue to assist and let us know when the time comes, and the time will come, to get a new unit, that they will charge half of what we had been quoted previously and he would work with us to make sure everyone is cool and comfortable.
