My AC went out, I initially spoke w/ Nora at this company on a Friday, they sent their tech out to review my ac unit the next day, and their tech, VINCE, came out to fix my AC unit on Tuesday morning. They are the FASTEST, MOST COST EFFECTIVE, RELIABLE and FRIENDLIEST company! I had also spoken to several other AC companies before finding Mechanical Brothers Heating & Cooling; none of them were as fast nor cost effective. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I will be using them only from now on.

My tech was my knight in shining armor. He took the time to explain the issue to me so I could understand. Not only did he arrive promptly but immediately assets the problem corrected it and left me with a cool house. All was done in a timely manner. Fast service and great prices. Showed up at scheduled time, up front price. No up sale just good honest work. Our tech Matt was helpful with tips to keep our old unit going. Our AC was barely blowing warm air. The issue was wiring had been worn out by the sun. Matt had replaced wiring and we had cool air within a hour. I would definitely recommend

The installer found that we needed another part, other than just the compressor, that he didn't have (this was for an air-conditioning unit and we live in Arizona so its vital to have this work) so he called around until he found one then drove to pick it up and stayed late to be sure we had a working unit before he left. Also, Clayda is an associate who I dealt with at Mechanical Brothers and she too was amazing! I highly recommend Mechanical Brothers!!
