"To whom it may concern at Green Mango, Calling your company has been so unpleasant! I don’t need to hear your marketing messages... nor the clicking musak when on hold... I was trying to return the call to Jessica... who left a voicemail to call her and press extension 5; but, when calling your number, (480) 717-8174, there is NO option for extension 5! I finally reached Jessica after being disconnected once and on-hold for 35 minutes! My experience of Jessica, an alleged manager, was that she was concerned about her personal family issues and should not have been at work. She did a lousy job of addressing my concerns, interrupting me, antagonizing me, repeating what “should” be, even though I was trying to tell her that what she said “should have been done” wasn’t what had been done. In my opinion, she never addressed my concerns and kept deflecting responsibility to IT or something or someone else. I also don’t need your company to offer a “free termite inspection” only to try and upsell me more of your services and use scare tactics, saying there is activity when there isn’t!!! Shame on you for that! I believe you have overcharged me and I ask for a refund. On 11/21/2023, you charged me $712.50 for the lot size of 12,000 sq. ft; but you NEVER sprayed the lot nor near the fences; I observed you spraying only around the 1,954 sq. ft. house, never on the rest of the lot for which you charged me! Finally, my prepaid contract ends November 21, 2024. Jessica told me I was scheduled for a last treatment on November 11, 2024. Since I paid up until November 21, 2024, do service my property until the end of my prepaid contract November 21, 2024. THEN, do cancel my contract. I am NOT renewing service with your company or your new owner. I have been stressed out and disappointed with your customer service, and with your alleged “free termite inspection” that was an excuse to upsell and a tactic to scare. The only thing I have appreciated is the Technicians (other than your alleged termite specialist) who have actually serviced my property—they were courteous and responsive. Owner"

"Got a call from our pool guy saying there was a snake in our skimmer, and would not service the pool til it was gone! Since we’re away for awhile I had to get someone quick. Called several places including Angi list . Most places said it would be next week before they could get out. Then Jeff from Pigeon experts called and came out that afternoon and re homed our little reptile to a place more suited for a snake. He explained his pricing ahead of time and stuck to that amount. He was professional to work with and was in and out in just a couple of minutes. What a relief to have this issue easily dealt with. I would definitely use this company again!"

"SOS technician verbally abused my wife and their management didnt seem to care. We requested an inspection for service for rodent control, the tech showed up and was upset that we had asked another company for an inspection for service as well. We explained we would like their assessment and pricing before making a decision. The tech called my wife, gave her a thorough tongue lashing for “wasting his time” then hung up on her as she was mid sentence. I called and spoke w the branch manager and the service manager and neither seemed surprised or to care about this behavior. The tech involved denied everything to the manager and gave a different story than what my wife, father and the service tech from the competing company all saw and heard. After calling to escalate this to a regional manager the branch manager, (John) called me back to apologize saying he “talked to” the tech involved. I cannot in any way recommend doing business with this company or Terminex who contracts with them. This is not acceptable or professional behavior to be verbally abusive for any reason and even more appalling is the non-challant response from SOS management."
