To whom it may concern at Green Mango, Calling your company has been so unpleasant! I don’t need to hear your marketing messages... nor the clicking musak when on hold... I was trying to return the call to Jessica... who left a voicemail to call her and press extension 5; but, when calling your number, (480) 717-8174, there is NO option for extension 5! I finally reached Jessica after being disconnected once and on-hold for 35 minutes! My experience of Jessica, an alleged manager, was that she was concerned about her personal family issues and should not have been at work. She did a lousy job of addressing my concerns, interrupting me, antagonizing me, repeating what “should” be, even though I was trying to tell her that what she said “should have been done” wasn’t what had been done. In my opinion, she never addressed my concerns and kept deflecting responsibility to IT or something or someone else. I also don’t need your company to offer a “free termite inspection” only to try and upsell me more of your services and use scare tactics, saying there is activity when there isn’t!!! Shame on you for that! I believe you have overcharged me and I ask for a refund. On 11/21/2023, you charged me $712.50 for the lot size of 12,000 sq. ft; but you NEVER sprayed the lot nor near the fences; I observed you spraying only around the 1,954 sq. ft. house, never on the rest of the lot for which you charged me! Finally, my prepaid contract ends November 21, 2024. Jessica told me I was scheduled for a last treatment on November 11, 2024. Since I paid up until November 21, 2024, do service my property until the end of my prepaid contract November 21, 2024. THEN, do cancel my contract. I am NOT renewing service with your company or your new owner. I have been stressed out and disappointed with your customer service, and with your alleged “free termite inspection” that was an excuse to upsell and a tactic to scare. The only thing I have appreciated is the Technicians (other than your alleged termite specialist) who have actually serviced my property—they were courteous and responsive. Owner

Incredibly unprofessional. Don’t follow their own contracts and will HARASS you when you ask to cancel. STAY AWAY.

We took care of ants ourselves instead of hiring professionals. However, the professional, efficient and friendly communication was excellent. We will definitely contact Green Mango in the future.

Terry G. Was our Service Guy and did an outstanding job. Since my husband and I now work from home we got to see how well of a job they actually do. I got a text and a phone call letting me know when my service was scheduled ahead of time. Terry rang our door bell and introduced himself. Super friendly and courteous. Well we ended up watching him and it was super thorough. I told him about one specific issue and he made sure he addressed it. I recommend Green Mango and I also want to give a big shout out to Terry G. Great job.

Terrible. Had problems... called twice to return ASAP as I was having black widows by front door and response was the run around ( with lots of "fluff excuses" why their 'bug killer' doesn't kill).....I even called my old bug man whom I had for over 10yrs in another AZ city to get the truth...... Finally after multiple calls to talk to somebody/ANYBODY to cancel service.... was threatened about "signing a contract"......So,..I still have a pest problem and they want more money for ZERO pest help....now it seems..... to cancel a contract.????? Told it's 'pest control', not 'pest elimination'. And told "Well you haven't let us try to rectify the situation".......Uh????....That's what I called for the first and second time!!! Unbelievable arrogance or.....stupidity. Then threatened with collection agency after being told what good business practices they have.....WHAT??? It's like talking to a brick wall. RUN RUN RUN!!! (I wish the spiders would run run run away..) Unless you like to spend money on nothing.......well aggravation.

We have been with Green Mango for a few years and are very happy! Jonathan O. is a great Tech! He calls to let us know he is on his way, very detailed in spraying and lets us know if he sees a problem. Very quick to address any issues that may come up! The office staff is friendly and returns calls quickly. Never any issues! Nice to have a pest control company to count on!

We love Green Mango! It's so nice to not worry about scorpions or other nasty bugs anymore.

We're in a contract for a year, so we will use them for a year, but beyond that, we will probably not use them.

We have a contract with them. They come every other month or every month. Their representatives are courteous and professional. They're a good company. I think it's quarterly we pay them.

The come out every two months. They always treat the outside, but will spray inside if we want them to. They spray and knock down spider webs. They do a good job. We had scorpions in our house and have had good luck ever since they came out. We have had good luck with Green Mango. Their price is good.

THEY NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH CONTRACT!!

Technician was on-time and courteous. However, I've had an annual scorpion treatment at this house for five years and this was my second year with Green Mango Pest. I didn't watch them work last year, but have watched what the previous company (Bulwark Exterminating) did when they performed this service. Today's service appeared to be really no different than what a normal - monthly - exterminator would have done namely spray the foundation, apply some dust to the doors and call it a day. In my previous service they took it farther by also spraying all of the walls and columns around the perimeter of the yard. They also showed up in a purpose built truck whereas Green Mango came in their normal pickup truck with a tank in the back. Since both services were approximately the same price I'll be going back to my previous provider.

Service person was very detailed and took his time inside and out of the house. Took more time than scheduled. Looked for scorpions in the yard with a black light. The outside of the house seemed soaked a liquid. I was very satisfied. We saw no more ants inside or scorpions inside and out as of then for months, something the previous extermination company had been struggling with. Very professional and friendly.

It didn't go well. The guy that came was nice. Everything was explained well. But, it's more a gateway into a thing where you paid them monthly to maintain stuff, which is understandable. The worst part is they advertised it as scorpion elimination, and yet, within 3 to 5 days, I found scorpions. They did say scorpions would be coming out of the wood work, but they would be dying. But, these were perfectly healthy scorpions. I found them up to a couple of months afterwards. Not a lot. Maybe, a total of five. The ones I found were healthy and alive and walking around. I found a couple of dead ones around the outside. But, there were still live ones.

They were good. They are knowledgeable. They were professional.

I had a good experience with them. The only thing I didn't like is that they tried to get me to give them more business. They wanted to spray my whole house. Other than that, it was good. I just didn't like the other things that they wanted me to do.

Customers and prospects beware! ?Free? is not really free! As a customer of Green Mango, after each treatment I am given a card to pass out to others which states ?Receive your initial treatment at no charge thanks to (my name).? What I did not know is that before a prospective customer can receive the ?free? treatment, they must agree to a one-year contract, even before they know if the treatment is going to work for them! If the customer cancels the contract before the year is up, they will be charged $250 for the ?free? treatment. No where on the card does it say that there is any additional obligation to the prospect. I like Green Mango?s results and their friendly, accommodating technicians. But I was not aware that I would be personally embarrassed after passing out some of the ?free? cards only to realize that ?free? isn?t really free for the prospect.

Technician showed up at my house on time and treated the property exterior and interior. The week before I had done a check for scorpions outside with a black light and found seven. Since the treatment I have seen one live scorpion outside and several dead ones. I have put off getting professional pest treatment because I thought it wouldn't reduce the scorpions but it looks like it worked. I wish I would've done it earlier. The technician found several spots where there were large numbers of cockroaches and soak those with pesticide.

Showed up on time. Were friendly and professional did a great job.

They are nice people who always come when they are supposed to but I do not feel that they get the job done.
