James took the time to review each step in the process so that I will be able to clean the filter myself the next time. Very helpful! After the visit I had to call (on a Sunday) because the filter wasn't holding pressure. James was out the first thing Monday morning assisting us with a solution. No additional charge. We're going to use them again for pool tile cleaning this week.

Needed the pool checked because I was expecting out of town guests and needed the pool and spa heated something was wrong with the HVAC system and I never got a call back, had to call someone else and still waited for two days. Needless to say, there was no outdoor pool activity that weekend.

We love them. Every time they come, we can tell that they have been here. They do what they say they are going to do, and they are great at it. We work with them because we can rely on them and trust them. We have had them since September, and we are very happy with them. We get a monthly invoice that they send by email. It is $20 per week, so it could be $80 or $100 a month depending on whether it is a four-week or five-week month. It includes the cleaning and the chemicals they use. We have asked for some additional quotes on some work which we have not done yet, and they seem very reasonable. They are substantially higher than the next provider, but we are also getting better service. We would continue to use them in the future.

They charge us on a monthly basis and they come every once a week. We met them first. They have been very forthcoming with any suggestions and recommendations. I have been very pleased with their services. To recommend them, I would say they are reliable and honest and educated in their industry. They are probably in the competitive range pricewise. We are going to use them in the future.

We had a bit of a transition period trying to get the system to work, but Ever Clean people kept working to get things right.

Their work is just excellent. They do our weekly service and on repairs, their prices are so fair and a good value for your money these days. The owners do all of the work themselves, you don't see a different person in your back yard every week. I've had the same technician since I signed on four years ago, how many changes have you had?
