Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. Now they are trying to come after us for a 35% cancellation fee even though they can?t deliver what we ordered! RUN for this business!"

"Thought I got lucky when I first met John, but it was a nightmare...they said it be a month since October and install took FOREVER...not just that, they installed Mt doors and I had to remind them to install my screen doors they promised...PLUS, they were suppose to fix the casing of one of my bedroom doors, and use my old peep hole and install it on my new door...omg, they should know what their jobs are. I hired them to not have to worry and get the job done quick....I lost 15k not running my business due to the extreme tardiness (4mo)...workers were awesome, but management was the worst...I didn't know I was gonna have to mange and tell workers their job. Frankly... Job is not done. No communication to finish the job....time to call family lawyer I guess...dont choose NOT pro stars. Workers were amazing and should go into business without these ppl."

They were very professional at their job, telling me very step that they were doing. They did a great install of the two bay windows which came out as 4 pieces and went in as 1. Clean up was completed by them and it was a great job, moved furniture abck and took off the plastic that they had covered them with, hung back the drapes and made sure everything was done to my satisfation before they left."
