These people were wonderful. They had to put up with lack of materials and very late delivery of parts, but still kept me informed. Immediately after receiving the parts, they came and installed them. Excellent work and easy to deal with.

Customer Service is excellent, you rarely find companies that are honest about the repairs that are needed. Burgos Air is the company to call if you want it done right on the first visit!

Owner Martin is honest beyond belief! A different air-conditioning company told me I need a new fan and capacitor for $1700 and priced a new unit for me at 12,000. Martinâ s estimate was significantly lower by several thousand and when he went to put on a new motor for us to hold us over until we could get a new unit (it was a holiday weekend) He found the old fan did not need replacing and it was only a capacitor. He replaced it for $175. He could have easily just move forward and sold us a new unit but he would not do that. When we need that new unit we will definitely call Burgos!

This is a great company owed by an honest man who is not out to rip you off on repairs, nor try to sell you new systems when what you have can be repaired! They are prompt, take time to explain work, will return if issue is not resolved, and they are so friendly. Call them first, and you will be glad you did.

Burgos Air responded the same day after being called by my home warranty company. The problem required the technician to locate parts not in stock due to Covid supply chain shortages. He did so within one day and returned to repair the issue. I am so grateful to Michelle in the front office for showing me compassion when I called frustrated and hot. And to Martin, my technician for going the extra mile to quickly resolve my AC repair professionally and being so courteous when he was here. Thank you!!! Highly recommend!

The HVAC industry is swamped during AZ summers, but Burgos does their best to accommodate their clients. The scheduler meticulously manages the technicians routes in order to make the most efficient schedule, and they arrived earlier than originally expected both times we had them out. They managed to fit us in on a day they were very full. I want to give a shoutout to the technician Daniel B, who is very kind and genuinely wants to help. If your AC is out in the dead of summer, it can be frustrating, but remember that the people in the industry are human too and doing their best, just as we are. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you!!

I called Martin late on Saturday, May 9,2020 ( night before Mother s Day). My A/C was out, blowing hot air. He informed me that he d be there ASAP. He showed up as promised & spent hours working in the dark on my roof to fix the problem. Professional, courteous, prompt, Awesome Customer Service ! Martin is my GO-TO A/C guy ! Thank you !

I was in a panic because my AC just stopped working & we were in triple digits. Martin came to my home right away, replaced the motor & had me up and running in no time. As a single woman who knows nothing about AC's, I really appreciated how Martin took the time to explain everything to me. Martin is professional and didn't try to nickle & dime me. He pointed out a potential problem in my attic with the drain pain & I will be having him back next week for that repair. Also, Michelle was very helpful and went out of her way scheduling to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. You will not regret hiring this company.

I was very happy overall. I worked with Martin who was very kind and informative. They responded to my request for help promptly and did a great job at a reasonable cost. The lines for my AC were blocked and needed to be cleared. He also alerted me to another possible problem that I need to look into. My two residential units were serviced: Each had more than one problem and required *expert* level experience to diagnose and remedy. Burgos Air was EXTREMELY attentive and made ALL the fixes required to get both units back to good working order. On top of expert service, the owner and technicians are extremely polite, very personable, very patient and very accommodating in terms of schedule and rapid response. *AND* Burgos Air re-contacted me 1,3, and 7 days after the repairs were completed to be certain that everything was working to spec. I recommend them wholeheartedly and with no reservation whatsoever. Phoenix is tough on an A/C unit - and I am GLAD that I HAVE FOUND A COMPANY THAT CARES TO DO THE VERY BEST WORK AND IS PROUD TO DO SO. I strongly recommend Burgos Air.

Martin, the owner of Burgos Air came to our house at 7:00PM Saturday night. Fixed our Air!!!! It has been down since Thursday afternoon. His wife, Jennifer was the sweetest on the phone & said she would get someone out here tonight after finding out we have 3 littles at home. BURGOS AIR LLC, they deserve 100 stars. We prayed & prayed for a miracle. If this company treats every customer like they treated our family, they will be very successful. They were very honest, professional & compassionate.
