Prior to Burgos, a company came out to repair my AC. The tech was truly out of his league and even made the situation worse. Burgos stopped by a few days later and had the AC Unit up and running in ls less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend Burgos Air.

Martin did a great job installing the mini split I had already bought. He was professional and efficient, ensuring everything was installed correctly. He also took the time to clean up the work area afterward, which I really appreciated. Overall, I'm very satisfied with his work and would recommend him for similar jobs.

This company has the best customer service for air conditioning work we have encountered during our 7 years in the East Valley. Their call in service was Courteous and helpful. Both of our air conditioners were not working, and Martin Burgos came out the same day I called. No hard sell for repair costs or unit replacement. In fact, within the hour, both units were up and running. He explained what he did, and answered our questions about the overall condition of our units, which were good, not limping along as we were led to believe by another major HVAC company in AZ. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use to use them for my annual maintenance and any other service.

We were told we needed a new AC unit by our company we had used for many years. We had Martin Burgos the owner of Burgos Air come over to give us a quote for a new unit and after explaining to him what we were told, he took a look, and turns out our AC was not broken after all. He was able to repair it and get it back up in running with in 30 minutes. Martin was very professional, honest, quick response time and he went above and beyond to help us out. Martin Burgos who owns Burgos Air is outstanding in many ways: He is hardworking, committed no matter any challenges that could arise, honest and has solved problems for some homeowners in our condominium community, which other A/C companies could not resolve. He gets to the bottom of things and his technical knowledge is exceptional. (The electrical for various types of equipment is more complex than I imagined until I watched him doing some of his work). We were originally introduced to Burgos Air through our home warranty, but we won't use anyone else now. We love Martin and his team; they are honest, efficient, and always leave everything clean and tidy. Martin just recently installed a new system to replace the original system in the house, and he/his team will be the only people to maintain it.

Our home warranty company sent them out to look at our AC after a different company declined the job stating that it would be too difficult and they would have to cut a hole in the ceiling . Daniel and Martin were both communicated well, they explained the process thoroughly and were honest. They did not have to cut into the ceiling and worked well with the insurance company to ensure that we were taken care of.

Our home warranty company sent them out for a second opinion. I wish they had not. The technician told us that the air conditioning was not the problem. It was the breaker! Which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard! The AC is pulling high amperage causing the breaker to trip. I told the technician he does not know what he is talking about and he insisted that it was just a bad breaker! We already had two other AC companies out. Who recommended the condenser be flushed, replaced, and refilled with freon? This has to be the worst company I have dealt with thus far. American home shield is a nightmare but this company is a joke! They do not answer the phone! They do not return phone calls. And they do not know what they are doing! Hire any other AC company Bugos air is the worst AC company in Arizona!

Martin is one of the best. He replaced the a/c and duct work and has come back and and done the yearly maintenance. Nicest guy, knows his business so is very qualified and will spend the time to tell you what and why the work he is proposing needs to be done. After several years of problems with another company, it's so nice to have someone like this. Highly recommend.
