The professionalism exhibited by this company was great. We were informed throughout the process of what was wrong and the needed repairs of the a/c unit. And if it could not be fixed that day because of the needed parts, we were given a date of when he would return with the parts. We also received text messages and email confirmation about the appointments and when the job was completed. He really listened to our concerns and fixed the problems. Burgos Air was really a great company to work with. We will use this company in the future.

Our home warranty company contacted Burgos for a compressor issue. I got a call within a half hour to schedule a time the next day. Parts needed ordered but came in early. Instead of waiting another 4 days, they contacted us to schedule for the very next morning. This was amazing since I work from home and temps are reaching 100 degrees. Martin was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I especially appreciate the fact that he arrived on the early side of the 3 hour windows, and I received texts when he was on his way. The office was also easy to talk with and extremely courteous. Absolutely recommend!
