Awesome job.

Our house has many high windows, large and small. When I called and said I was not sure I could give enough info. to get an accurate phone estimate they said, no problem, they'd drop by and take a look for themselves! Loved everything about them, start to finish. I dread getting my windows washed, but now I have my go-to window washers & will get it done regularly. It was the best money I spent all year. Didn't know until they were done that they clean mini blinds too! That's my next call.

Overall, it was a great experience. They were very professional and responsive from the time we made the inquiry. They went out of their way to readjust their scheduling, and scheduled us in on the date we wanted (the week before Thanksgiving!) They followed up with an email to confirm the appointment, sent a reminder email for the appointment a couple of days before, and they were very timely on the appointment day. The windows looked fantastic. The only reason we did not give them an "excellent" rating under Quality above, but rather "good" was due to the fact that the walls below the windows had drip markings and we didn't notice them until the technician was gone. Therefore, we had to wipe down all the walls. The technician was also a bit rough when he reattached the screens. 5 Start sent us an email immediately following our appointment asking for us to complete a survey, which we did. Shortly after completing it, we received a call from their office regarding the walls and the screens and they assured us the technician was being talked to about this. 5 Star is obviously very customer service oriented and very conscientious about the work they do and we have already highly recommend them to others and will continue to do so.

Arrived early after calling to see if it was okay to do so. The process creates a bit of dust and I wasn't told about it. I would have covered more things or removed items from the bathroom if I knew how messy it would be. The end result was great. The shower looks almost new.

They were excellent. They were very responsive and punctual. We would use them again. We've used them twice.

They deserve an A+ on response and punctuality. They scheduled us for between 10:30 a.m. and noon, but showed up about 10:10 a.m. and went right to work. We got the deluxe treatments -- windows cleaned inside and outside, screens removed and cleaned, tracks and trays cleaned. The crew finished in about a half hour. The light coming through those windows is dazzling. We don't have many windows, but all the rooms across the back, which faces south, have arcadia doors, and they look great. My wife is ecstatic, and we will probably see about getting them to come back on a regular basis. Our thanks to Angieslist for introducing us to the really great service.

The price is reasonable and I couldn't say anything bad about them. They're very customer-oriented, which is unusual for the Phoenix area. They stand out from most service providers.

Great! The estimate process sas simple. They arrived on time (early which was evern bertter). Work wad completed efficiently with coordination of difficult access items from homeowner. Employees polite, clean cut, efficient.

Communicated before and after extremely well power washing and power washing done 1st in one day window tinting was done over 3 days, as they where working us in with an already busy schedule, and we have many large and small windows

They came on time and I was even able to schedule an appointment within two or three days of my call. They did the work and everything is perfect. They acted very professionally.

Everything went like clockwork. Curt, the owner, arrived when he said he would for the estimate. He spent a lot of time discussing our different energy-saving options, as well as going over the work we were having them perform. When I called to schedule the work, he was able to fit me in on a Saturday, just two days away! The guys who came to do the work were extremely polite and professional. They did a very thorough, fantastic job. Our screens look great, our garage floor is immaculate, and I am super-pleased with everyone I've worked with at 5 Star Window Care.
