I had purchased an Angie's List coupon in 2011 for $90.00. It had a six-month expiration, I think, but I had some health issues and never got around to scheduling the visit. I called up a few weeks ago and asked to schedule them to come, and also mentioned the previous coupon which had expired. They were delighted to come and said they'd still credit the $90.00 to the job today. Scheduling was a breeze, they confirmed twice with me, and today they came after calling and asking if they could come a bit early. The two young men were focused, efficient, no wasted motions and friendly. They were so efficient that the job never exceeded the $90.00 that I'd previously spent. Then a few hours later I received a follow-up email from the owner asking me to evaluate the service. I gave them 100%. I'm a retired business owner myself, several different businesses. Lots of service people are out there wanting us to buy from them. Window washers? They're a dime a dozen. But not these folks. They pay attention to all the little things, beginning with the order right through to the follow-up. How many businesses do that? Plus, they're fairly priced, a lot of value for a reasonable price. This is the same type of privately-owned business that helped build our great country long before us today. And this business is an excellent model for getting our values and commitment to service back to where they need to be. I recommend them without reservation and encourage you to give them your business. I certainly will again, and often.

Had them out to clean the windows in my three-story Tempe townhome. They did a good job, considering the heighth of the top floor of windows and the difficulty to reach them (even from the inside).

Overall, it went very smoothly. He knew what I wanted and performed to my satisfaction. He is a trustworthy guy and very professional. He will always be upfront with your questions. For example, I wanted to clean my windows in July and he recommended I wait until the monsoon season passed. Good advice.

Overall I think I was happy with the clean windows but disappointed that I had a screen torn and the company just said that the technician said "he didn't do ti"....it was no big deal as it was a small screen on a rarely open window but.... So

When I called to schedule an appointment, Rachel advised me that I had to go around and estimate the amount of windows before they came out and did the work and literally put down a price. They would not would come out and do the estimate themselves. Whatever the final price turned out to be, they would deduct the $90 from the big deal. I didn’t have the work done.

I had bought their advertised "Big Deal". Unfortunately, I didn't make my appointment right away, and by the time I tried a month later, about a week before my appraisal, they were totally booked and said they couldn't fit me within the week. I was so disappointed, because it was urgent for me. But Charlene called me back and said they would make room for me, and I was relieved. As promised, the crew showed up on time and did an absolutely fabulous job. In addition, they were so pleasant and helpful. They went above and beyond. Only when they were finished and about to leave did I realize I was dealing with the owner, Curt. Since I had expressed how important it was for my appraisal to have all windows cleaned, the owner made sure I was taken care of. And I couldn't help but be impressed with the service and the attitude. If 5 stars is the highest grade, I'll give them 10!

A bit earlier than the scheduled time, the 5 Star Window Care crew arrived. A group of 5 young, energetic, wholesome, polite, and friendly professionalis, all passionate about the art of window cleaning, descended upon my home. Swarming around like bees neatly dressed in blue shirts, (those working inside my home wore booties to keep the floors clean), within the hour, I could finally see through windows I know hadn't been cleaned in at least 3 years. Wow! What a difference! For customer service and outstanding job performance, Curt and crew set the standard for all other professionals and service providers to beat. Keep up the great work guys. You will be receiving my window cleaning business again. I've already recommended you to others!

They did a fantastic job. They were very fast. The quality was great.

They did a great job. We have their card stuck somewhere and we’re going to call them again. They had a special deal going at the time. I think it was around $300 that we spent on their services. It was more than just washing the house; they actually cleaned it with mild chemicals and detergent. It looked like we had just painted it. It looked great. The windows also looked great. We will use their services again in the future. We will be calling them shortly for cleaning. We have referred them to the others.

They arrived at 7:40 am and completed the job by 8:50 am. They were gentle in moving curtains in order to clean windows and also vacuumed below the areas cleaned.

The crew arrived on time, and proceeded to do an inventory of the windows and screens in the home. In addition they advised they could pressure wash the exterior if we wished, to restore the white color, to which we agreed. There was no pressure, just advised us that the service was available. They went promptly to work, and worked did an excellent job of cleaning the glass and leaving our home in a much cleaner and brighter condition than when they arrived. They were knowledgeable about our window system, which is not standard, and pleasant to work with.
