Description of Work: Two courteous young men steam-cleaned the carpet in my recently purchased home. The area cleaned was large, but it took only a couple of hours to complete. This was my first time using Thompson's, and probably a very long time since the carpets had been cleaned. The young men were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'll definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Thompson's SteamWay did an excellent job in prepping our entire home for the carpet cleaning (all rooms except the bathrooms). Small items/furniture were moved to the kitchen and large pieces of furniture were protected with thick plastic "footies" to protect the legs from moisture. The corners of the hallway walls were also protected with "bumpers" to prevent the equipment from damaging the paint. The technicians were very organized and thorough. The carpet itself was spotless and well groomed when they left. The price was a little high for this area, but the work was excellent.

Description of Work: On time! Vacumned then spot treated stains and steam cleaned hallway, large family room and large bedroom. After cleaning, sprayed protector.
