I have used Thompson's twice now and they did a great job both times! I doubted that anyone could clean up the mess my sick dog made during our stay in a rental house. I thought for sure that we would have to replace the carpeting. That would have been thousands of dollars. Thompson's to the rescue. Not only did we NOT have to replace the carpeting, but we were NOT charged a dime for anything regarding the carpeting. The carpeting was pristine clean! Thank you, Thompson's!!!

They did a great job. Showed up on time, performed the agreed services and a few extra things for the agreed price. Definitely will be bringing them back when we need our tiled cleaned again.

The carpet looks brand new! Not only is it perfectly clean, no smell has returned. I don't know how they did it, but I was amazed. The two carpet cleaners were polite, professional experts. I highly recommend them. Truly, the best carpet company I have seen in quite awhile.

I received excellent service from this company. Everyone was reliable, honest, professional, and friendly. Our carpet was heavily soiled -- we have lived here for 12 years with 2 big dogs. Now our carpets look as good as the day we moved in! It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

They are very reasonable, it's not bad. I have used them 2 or 3 times in the past.

They did great. I haven't used them in about two years because I put in hard wood floors but they are the best carpet cleaning service I have ever seen. I would use them again if I had carpeting. They were a little pricey but everybody said that they were probably the best they found.

They're just the best. They took them a few days ago. I've used them several times. I've not used anybody else for carpet cleaning. Friendliness, honesty, and I like their price and the fact that they're pretty prompt. I do at times tell them, "I don't need the carpet back right now, I know you're really busy. You can put me to the back of the line if you want", and they've done that, but that's only because I've spoken to.

The owner has a nice personality. I remember that I was satisfied with them. I don’t know why I changed provider. It was a long time ago, I liked them but then there must have been something to quit.

They were excellent and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I think they're very responsible. They got the job done right. I have no issues at all with them. They're a very good company. I'd grade them the best. They're very competitive. I think they're probably a little more than the normal but they did a wonderful job.

They charge a minimum price for a minimum area. It includes a couple of small rugs.

We were very satisfied with their service. It was a family owned company. The technician that came out and steamed was the son of the company owner. Everything was quite satisfactory. It took them a while to get back to us. It was a miscommunication- it wasn't really a big deal but it was a couple of days.

I called this company because of their reputation in the area. They are considered very professional, reliable, and customer centric. I first asked for an estimate and they promptly responded, scheduled a visit and assessed the work. They offered to return within a week and do the job. No hassles and the results are amazing. Also, while they were here, the senior representative had clear memory of being in my home five years ago to extract water due to a pipe burst. It was a sign to me that they were the right choice for my current need. I was reminded of all the great qualities they displayed and the great results they achieved in a much more stressful situation! No matter the job, if or when you need to give attention to your floors, carpets, or rugs you can confidently call Thompson Steam Way! They are the best!

They did a great job on carpets and they looked great after words and took rugs to shop to clean then also.

I originally only wanted the sofa bed cleaned but with their $150 minimum, they also did the rugs.

Absolutely the best, worth the extra $$$. They protect your walls and furniture while doing a terrific job on the carpet steaming. The team was very professional and cordial and went the extra mile. Top quality service.

From the time I called to get an estimate to the time they locked and closed the door when finished, everyone at the company was very professional and caring. They performed exactly as they promised on the day and time they promised. Excellent follow-up also. I would highly recommend them. They are the best I have used in the Prescott, AZ area.

They were really good. The price was very reasonable. They were extremely courteous. They did a really good job by keeping a small piece of furniture under the chairs, so that it doesn't sit directly on damp carpet and it was really nice. They seemed very professional.
