About us

We are called Arizona's On Time Heating and Air Conditioning company. We have offices in Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City, Kingman and Prescott Valley. We only do four things. We do maintenance on furnaces and air conditioners so they don't break, we fix them when they break and replace them when they get old and inefficient. THe fourth thing we do is IAQ, which stands for Indoor Air Quality. IAQ includes things like Duct Cleaning, Air Filtration and Air Purification

Their service is great! I work throughout the day and they are very accommodating to my schedule. I find this incredibly beneficial.
Description of Work: I have been using them for years. Every six months they either do a furnace inspection or an air conditioning inspection. I have an annual contract with them.

Pitzer's was very responsive, and they usually have same-day service. They confirm appointments by email, and they phone to let you know when the technician is on his way. Furthermore, the technicians are very considerate and customer focused.

It was a marginal experience at best. The installation was done poorly and gross errors were made. In fact, they almost burned down the house by improper use of inflammable materials, and the technician had to return to the house 7 times. Furthermore, the owner was very rude when I met with him, and I think the company's leadership, in general, is lacking. They have honored the maintenance contract, however, and the unit is working fine now.

Description of Work: I callled because they mentioned free estimates, and when I had them on the phone he told me it was just for new items. He himmed and haud about giving me an price for a service call. He is the most expensive repair company I have called.

I spent about $800 on that service. The service they did all turned out fine. It was for a general maintenance check on my air-conditioner and they found some other issues in the attic that I wasn't aware of and told me what it was.
