Description of Work: We paid to have all of the windows in our house replaced with vinyl frame windows from Wholesale. The price was good and we liked the fact that the windows were made here in AZ. The work was completed as contracted but it has not been an easy company to deal with. I often have to call several times before I can get someone scheduled to do any work. The work is completed but there is often debris left when the work is completed. We had an issue with a sill that was damaged during installation and several months later it had still not been fixed. I finally called the owner of the company who was able to get the work done immediately, but I feel this should have been an unnecessary step. On a good note, the windows have stood up to the heat of the summer and we have noticed a difference in the heat transfer with the new windows.

Description of Work: Wholesale Windows replaced all our windows. They were great on the initial install. Prompt, clean, and professional. After 6 months there was an issue with one of the window and it had to be replaced. Which was fine, and wholesale windows was always very friendly and professional. The only bad thing I can say was it took far to long to resolve (another 6 months).

Description of Work: They put together a quote for 7 windows a sliding patio door and a front entry door. The windows and patio door were the main issue. The salesman pitched quality windows with "Triple E" glass that no others offer. An exclusive bonus at no extra charge!! I put down a full deposit then went home to research the product and the "triple E" claim. Turns out the AMI Alpine windows had multiple complaints relating to the substandard quality of the product. I called the manufacturer HQ direct to inquire about the "Triple E" glass. They didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I talked to the salesman about the quality concerns and he said "Oh yea the reviews don't look good how about another brand? Hello!!!! Then I personally went in the next day. My salesperson Sean was not in so David assisted me. I tried to explain that the manufactured of the windows they were trying to sell me never heard I'd "Triple E" glass and that I wanted some proof or verification of the claim. Of course he could not provide any but rather he decided to become aggressive, rude and argumentative. At that point I tried to cancel my order but he told me that was impossible because they already charges my credit card and could not recover their fees??? So I had to file a complaint and dispute with my Amex rep who helped me out. Once the owner found out he quickly called me and provided a full refund. Buyer Beware!!!!

+ 0 moreThe work was done professionally and quickly, but it did take longer than I would have liked from the time I made the deposit over the phone until the company called back, ready to schedule the installation. I also thought the price was a little high, but not exorbitant given that companies are very busy in the area doing window and glass replacement, and this was a very small job.

+ 0 moreFrom the very begining the company was great.Brian the owner, schedualed a consult on a Sat. They are closed ,but he came out. The estimate was well within my budget.We ordered the windows and doors. They came in on time and the contracter worked very hard at getting the job on the books and cmpleted before the year ended. The install crew (Jessie and Johnnie) were fantastic!! Even with bad weather they did the job in the time specified and kept everything neat and clean!The finishedjob was everything that I had hoped for.The whole process was painless.
Description of Work: We had 7 replacement windows and a pair of french doors installed.

+ -1 moreThey're good. He was nice and he spent a good hour and a half giving me ideas. Good experience. I could tell he had been doing it for a while. He had all kinds of answers, and when he didn't, he got on the phone and called the manufacturer, and got me an answer right away. He even came out and met me on short notice!

+ 0 moreInstaller very good. Was willing to move furniture but we already had it moved. Was very neat and thorough. Although was about 30 minutes late arriving. Showed how windows worked. Had warranty to sign after we made final payment upon completion. Salesman said woodwork may have to be removed but installer was able to put in new without touching woodwork. We only had to paint outside wood frame that was replaced which was explained to us when we signed the contract. Very professional.
Description of Work: Installed l replacement Low Epatio door and 6 replacement windows in our house. Salesman showed effects of heat on various types of glass with various levels of protection from sun and heat. He had brochure from manufacturers and information about lifetime warranty. Other company salesman did not have brochure about warranty. Gave prices equal to what other company quoted for better product. Promised delivery in 4-6 weeks but was ready in 3 weeks. Owner came and measured windows himself.

Description of Work: THE COMPANY INSTALLED DOUBLE FRENCH DOORS IN THE BEDROOM FROM THE FLOOR TO THE CEILING. THEY INSTALLED A SOLID WINDOW IN THE BATHROOM. THEY INSTALLED A FRENCH DOOR IN KITCHEN AND A SOLID LARGE WINDOW IN THE KITCHEN. THEY ALSO REMOVED THE OLD DOORS AND INSTALLED THE NEW ONES.
