Very well. The work was performed excellently. The only thing I would change is the technician who arrived did not speak English well enough to communicate to me nor did he understand what I was attempting to communicate to him.

Awesome service! Vitaliy arrived within two hours after we called, and the repair was completed in 15 minutes. We will definitely be calling Vitaliy when we need a plumber in the future!

The first trip did not fix the problem, as soon as he knew about it he came back out and completely fixed the problem. Polite, clean and thorough.

Excellent. I called on Sat and they said they could come out on Wed, I asked if it could make it sooner and the guy said Sun would be the soonest. I said ok. Went back under the seat and found the leak. Since I had already bought this decided to keep it and have a professional fix it and save myself hours. A few hours later the guy called and said he had a cancellation today and could be here in 30 minutes. I said ok and he was here, fixed the leak in no time and also replaced another fitting that he said could cause issues in the near future. Total cost $39 original fee with no extra charge.

It turned out fantastic.? I would highly recommend them.? They came out within 3 days of both times I contacting them.? There was no cost more than the $39.? They were great.? I liked that they were very professional, very courteous, they got right with it, I mean, they did not waste any time.? Both times I've had them out here, 2 different technicians, both of them just have been right on it,? right now, and good quality of work and fast.? Interactions with them were great, I mean, they were great, very pleasant to speak with and everything else, very pleasant.? The were right on when they said they would be.? I would definitely use them in the future.

It was okay. They did a good job. I got a coupon off of Angie's List for it. They did good work. They did what they said they were going to do. Communication was good.

I purchased the offer for service call plus credit to have them check some areas of concern. Igor inspected all the areas of concern and completed minor repairs as requested, including a water heater flush. He was very friendly, professional, and explained what he was doing. Although I did not have any major repairs it was evident that Igor is very thorough in his work. I will use this company again when necessary and give my recommendation friends and family.

It was an excellent experience. My bath fixtures were very corroded but Vitaly took the time to soak the pipes and remove the corrosion in order to avoid major pipe work. I could not be happier.

I had this company out to do some plumbing namely to change a faucet in the guest bathroom and to change out the faucet in the shower in the master as they are very old, wiggle around and just don't work that great. The end result is that if you have a faucet in a shower that you want changed out you must purchase the same manufacturer and replace with the same as you are taking out, I did not know this and emailed a picture to the Owner who knew what I wanted, but didn't say anything about that. Ridiculous since sometimes they do not make the same item still. I felt like he was punctual, clean with the small bit of work that was done, put the cabinet back together. I think the language barrier was difficult and felt he was upset with me at times, when I ask to repeat himself so there wasn't much discussion due to than language barrier. I was prepared to spend 4 to 5 hundred dollars or more to get done what I wanted; however, I only spent 100.00 and did not allow the utilization of the 100.00 coupon because of the small job and I felt bad. They just couldn't figure out how to deal with my master bathroom because I bought a better faucet system with a different manufacturer. I would probably hire this company for simple items but not for anything difficult. The experience was good with what was done but disappointing that I have to hire someone else to do what I actually want done in the Master bath or buy online the same brand and do it myself.

We got them off Angie's List. We had them out twice. The house was 20 years old so it (the sodium cartridge) probably had not been replaced before. It was great. They are excellent. That is the only plumber I would use after prior experiences.

It works great now. I've used them several times and always had a good experience.

Better than expected! When I called, I was told that they will have somebody come out which ended up being within an hour. They replaced the piece that was broke and it was done quickly and professionally. Plus, the pricing was well worth it and affordable.

He made a very derogatory comment about women not knowing anything about plumbing. Definitely not my area of expertise, but he certainly didn't need to say it!

I did not have the correct part even though I ordered it from Delta. The contractor did the best he could with what he had to work with and did a very good job.

Technician left a cap off resulting in leak, but company owner came back and fixed it.
