On October 18, 2019 VITech Mechanical replaced the Hose bibbs attached to the front and rear of the House. Vitaliy and his technician were very friendly and professional, and provided excellent customer service. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work. 240I called him yesterday after seeing his name on here and also checking reviews. He came so highly rated everywhere I looked. We scheduled for today. He was great. Called ahead as promised and came on the early end of the window. He was quick and efficient. I felt like he was very reasonable on his work and didn’t try to up sell a thing. This was a very refreshing feeling compared to the dread I have in calling out any service people.

I am more than pleased with the services from VITech ! I called for an appointment and the next day the worker arrived on time and went right to work on repairing the problem. I was impressed with the prompt attention to my issues, he was professional, polite, on time and I would recommend this company to everyone. After replacing a part in the toilet , worker asked if he could be of help with any other issues and I explained that the master bath toilet made a sharp shrill sound when being flushed and he knew exactly what the problem was, part that needed replaced and all is working fine now. I wanted a second opinion on a big job another plumber told me I needed. The quote to run a camera down my sewer line, nothing else, was close to $300. I told them no thanks. For me, it doesn't really matter how good you are if I can't afford to hire you.
