Vitaliy was great! He answered the phone himself and scheduled a day to come out but then called back saying that he had a cancellation and could come out right then. He came across town and was able to quickly troubleshoot both of our problems and fix them quickly. One was a noisy pipe and would have probably been a difficult problem for someone less able than Vitalily. As it turned out there was a foreign object in a feed water line, which impressed me that he was able to find that in such a short amount of time after my vague description of the problem. We will definitely be using Vitech as our plumber for any future problems. Highly recommended.

Fantastic - These guys were super responsive to my inquiry and set up an appointment quickly. On the first visit he the guy showed up right on time and was very courteous and professional. He spent a lot of time trying to fix a fireplace that ultimately needed a part special ordered. He also fixed an outdoor spigot and noted that there was another issue that he recommended repairing at some point. This is an issue that our recent home inspector also pointed out (we're new home owners). I felt he was very honest and did not try to up-sell. The fireplace part was received and installed just a couple days later. Again, Vitalli showed up on time and did a thorough job. I will definitely call this company again and highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have use this company for plumbing work. Last year he installed my water heater and another leaking faucet. He arrived at the appointment time and it did him long to install the faucet. Would rehire for future plumbing work.

On time, professional, and good job.

The guys came and conquered the pesky faucet and now all is well! I'd do it again and pay it in a heartbeat - as the old saying goes: I just wish I would have done it sooner!

He was done in less than five minutes and the faucet works beautifully. Also, he managed to keep my dog happy and not wake the napping baby. Super happy with service!

So-so. He purchased a more elaborate knob/handle than the one we were replacing (I gave him an open option) but it was not installed properly. The apprentice service man's English was limited and I didn't know how to get my dissatisfaction across to him. I phoned the owner and he came out the next day, purchased a replacement knob like the one we had and it works fine. However, we had paid $98.00 for the total replacement and it could't be returned since one part was used again. An original faucet/knob option would have been cheaper.

EUREKA! I HAVE FOUND MY PLUMBER! I have nothing but grrrrreat things to say about the services provided by Vitaliy! Firstly, he was extremely cordial and considerate of client time while on the clock. When I placed my initial call to him, he expressed that he was in a meeting and would call me asap. I have much respect for that, considering I've experienced instances where hired servicemen were unprofessionally chatting on their cells while performing a service. He was prompt and provided a courtesy text prior to arriving and he also offered to remove his shoes prior to walking through our home, which we greatly appreciated. Regarding the actual repair, he was very knowledgeable and thorough in identifying the problem, while offering several options. I highly recommend Vitaliy and will definitely be hiring him again! Thanks for everything!

Perfect. Quick response and job performed as expected.

Ed was on time. He introduced himself and gave me his business card. I showed him what the issues were. He got right to work. He needed to make a small opening in the dry wall in the laundry room. He patched and painted the area before he was finished with the job. He saved the old shut off valves to show me what was wrong.

When I called, I was given a really prompt response time and was here as promised. I had ordered replacement parts from Moen. VITech was able to repair one without any trouble, but the one faucet needed additional parts. I called the owner on Friday and the serviceman, Ed, was here promptly on time the following Monday. It took a while to get that faucet repaired. He was really nice and did a really good job. Both times, the rooms were left very clean. The owner, Vitaliy, and Ed were both very polite and knowledgeable. We are keeping their card and will call them for future projects and to give as referrals.

Obvious knowledge was demonstrated of exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. Perfect.

Project lasted little longer than expected due to additional work having to be performed. This was in no way the fault of the company.

The technician fixed it right away.

These guys were great. Even when they ran into a few issues, they new what to do to fix it. They even came back to check on what I thought might be a leak. The owner called afterwards to make sure everything was going well and that I was satisfied. They were very responsive.

Plumber came out and replaced faucet. Was somewhat complicated as it had an old back flow preventer for our pool that is not needed as I get the pool fill from my irrigation system. He was fast and was able to get the old corroded faucet off. He cleaned up the pipe and added the replacement faucet. He was professional and did a good job.

Everything was done professionally and work was exceptional!
