Description of Work: had a broken hose bib and I needed a plumber who could respond quickly and fix the issue. Found Vitaliy on Angie's and he was really helpful from the moment I called him to schedule an appointment. He not only came in few hours after I called him but did a great job with my leakage issue. Went well did what I paid for
Description of Work: He came and flushed my water heater. when finished the heater had a slow drip. I waited 2 days to see if it would stop and when it did not I called them. They came back and installed a new valve and it stopped the drip. He did not charge me for the second trip or the new valve. would use again

Description of Work: This is the second time I have had Vitaliy from VITech to my home. The first time he installed a new bathroom vanity and faucet, along with fixing a leaky bathroom faucet. He did a great job, so I called him again with my next plumbing issue. This time he installed a new kitchen faucet. I also asked him to look at another leaky faucet. He didn't have the part so he ran out to get it. He thought the water seemed harder than it should with having a water softener. Well, we were out of salt. So while he was out picking up the part, he also picked us up some salt! Vitaliy not only does a great job, he provides a level of customer service you just don't see much of anymore. To top it off, he is honest and charges a very reasonable price. VITech is the only plumbing company I will call from now on!
