Great service! Our new home needed several shut-off valves (that were no longer shutting off) replaced, so that we could do some minor plumbing projects. Our service guy made the absolute best use of the time. We had prioritized 2 valves that we needed done, figuring any others as a bonus. However, the service man was skilled and worked quickly and efficiently to get all our trouble valves replaced. We also got a noisy hose valve outside replaced. Since we did not have the valves, we paid for the new parts he supplied. The amount charged for the parts was very fair, cheaper than I was going to be able to get them. With a few minutes left, he asked if he could replace a toilet fill valve (one of the projects we had planned mentioned above, and how we discovered some of the valves didn't work in the first place), so we said sure. The flapper column broke (too old), so he went and got a replacement, not charging us for the "overtime". This was a great service call and VITech Mechanical will be the first consideration for any future work.

I called him and He came out right away. He was at my house in Chandler in 40 minutes. Replaced my gas water heater also replaced the cracked pan and lines. He was very professional and clean cut. I was so happy with the price because it was good for an emergency call. Others wanted much more and some couldn't come out until Monday. I would highly recommend him.

We got a prompt response and quick service. The plumber was very knowledgeable and answered questions on other plumbing jobs we were considering.

I received a phone call from the provider within 30mins to 1 hour from when I purchased Angieslist service offer. The provider was very courteous and wanted to understand the job so that he could bring the right parts and perform the repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Scheduling the service was pleasant as provider worked with my schedule. Service Tech arrived on time and ask if he should remove his shoes to enter my home, but I didn't really care because the house floor was dirty anyway. I walked the service tech to the areas of the house that needed service and he got to work right away. Service tech was pleasant to talk to and very attentive to the job at hand. He first worked on the shower, then worked on replacing the two washer water valves (hot/cold). Service Tech indicated that he would need to cut a section of the dry wall to perform the valves replacement, but that he would leave the wall paint ready. Oh man, this guys did a great job, the wall look very good after he was done with all repairs and it was indeed paint ready. All the work was done in 2 hours with ~15mins to spare. Serviced tech did bring all the parts needed for the job as per my pictures and conversation over the phone, but all the parts were not needed and I only got charged by what he actually used for the job. The flexible propane gas line on my camper developed a leak. I tried to remove it and botched the job, twisting up the copper gas line lead pretty good. Vitaly (the owner) responded to my weekend message on Angie's list in less than 24 hours (message was placed on Sunday, he responded Monday early morning!). He arranged to meet up the same day and arrived less than 2 hours later. Despite the work being on my RV and not in the house (and despite it being hot), he figured out the parts needed, and got the job done in under 2 hours. He had a great attitude. Totally professional. I highly recommend using him.

We have had a plumber for years and years that we've always counted on. Then he up and ran for State office and now he's a politician, darn him. At least he's great at that, too. We needed someone to help with a "cleaning needed" code on our tankless water heater, so we turned to Angie's List. Vitaly responded to my call within 5 minutes and set up an appointment to come out the next day. He was on time and ready to work. He added the necessary valves to our tankless water heater, flushed and cleaned the water heater, and fixed all piping and gas flex hoses to the system so that it is up and working as it should be. While he was doing the system flush, he looked over our water softener and brought that back to proper working condition all for the same service costs. We are thrilled to have a new "go-to" plumber. We will not hesitate to call him again. In fact, he's headed to my mom's house later this week. We'll just cross our fingers that he's not interested in politics.

My old toilet was leaking so I contacted Vitaliy to fix it. He came over right after I called and did everything very quickly. It was amazing how easy he made the whole thing. We had very slowly running bathroom sinks. Several simple solutions had been tried. I called Vitaliy to see if he could help. He arrived in the afternoon with a very large, and long snake. He extracted a Q-tip with a large wad of hair. He extracted it rather than just pushing it down the line and hoping for the best. The best part, a very reasonable charge for the service.

The service technician arrived with everything, and more, that was needed to replace the leaking water heater. It was done quickly, cleanly, and without any problems. After completion the area was cleaned up (lots of leaking water), everything was put back in place (the water heater is in its' own closet with door), and the floor of the garage was even mopped up where the water had leaked. Excellent, professional service. Considering the distance is over 50 miles from Mesa, I was particularly impressed by the punctuality and being Sunday all the equipment needed. I highly recommend VITech Mechanical for any and all services.

As usual, on the latest job Vitallly was fun to chat with and responsive to my questions. We worked together to figure out my best outcome. He even went to Home Depot with me to pick out fixtures. I love that he comes every time I ask, at a moment's notice. I feel like he has my back. He is always the tradesman that comes, not another random person each time. Vitaliy is my new go to guy for plumbing, both for my own house and my two rentals. In the past six months, he has helped me with my pool pump in one rental, and in another rental he installed 3 bathroom faucets and shower re-facing. He also reconnected my kitchen sink. He was quick and he was straight forward in pricing and the timeline and he stuck to his word.

On January 1, 2016, my wife and I, removed all of our kitchen to the bare walls. After shopping for new kitchen cabinets at Stone Creek cabinets, Lowes, Home Depot and IKEA. We choose to do business with IKEA. We had a local electrical company, Dakota Electric, rewire our old kitchen design to the new design. Next a local drywall company prepare the walls for the new cabinets. Next, the cabinets and quartz countertops were professionally installed by IKEA recommended contractors. Now, the time had come for plumbing. I had recently had a water heater and ScaleBlaster installed by Delta Mechanical, a Home Depot company. The plumber who had performed the plumbing was excellent. After the job was complete, he informed me that he was starting his own company, VITechMechanical. I asked for his cell phone because finding an excellent plumber is extremely hard. .

I was struggling to find plumber in our valley (Casa Grande) to install my reverse osmosis system that I bought through the internet, our local home improvement stores only dealt with their own brands. So my friend recommended for me to call VITech Mechanical. Well, I can say only good things; fast, prompt, affordable and informative service, Our mechanic even spent the time to teach me out to use the system so I didn’t need to try and figure it out from the large instruction manual!

Rarely have I had a customer service experience as positive as both of the encounters I had with VITec. Vitaly is among the most courteous, professional service providers I have ever dealt with. He was on time, worked quickly, saved me money by suggesting we ask the manufacturer to replace our faucet set rather than purchasing a new one, and then performed the needed repairs and installations at an extremely good price. He even refused to charge for a service call on his first trip, because the part he needed had not yet arrived. His approach to customer service is somewhat of a lost art these days. I have recommended him to all our friends and family.
