I had an outside water faucet that was severely corroded and leaking. I got discount through Angie’s List. But, I had to leave town and forgot about it for nearly a month. When I called, the repair was done the next morning and discount honored. Nicely done!

Was knowledgeable and quickly determined that several concerns were primarily related to a failing water pressure valve. Was able to acquire the parts needed and fix all the problems within a two-hour window.

It went well. I called and left a message to schedule appointment. I received a callback within the hour and scheduled the service for the following day. I forgot that I had a prior commitment at the same time so I called to reschedule and they were very accommodating and were able to reschedule for the next morning. The installer was on time, professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning up after he was done.

These guys are great. I'll use them again whenever I have a need.

This is the second time I used VITech. Both service calls were A+. First thing that impressed me was that I didn't have to wait for a call back. My Service Tech (Ed) was on time, very skilled and a hard worker. VITech's rates were very reasonable. All in all a very positive experience.

Very well. Our garburator started leaking so we called VITech having used them in the past. Vitaliy responded very quickly and gave us good advice on where to purchase a new garburator for him to install. The rest of the plumbing work was done efficiently and well. It has been two weeks since the work was done and everything is working well. We were very pleased with the results.

They called to set an appointment, gave us a window of when they would show up and called when they were on their way. The installation was tricky and required quite a bit of extra work. They took their time and did an excellent job, cleaned up after the job and were very courteous. A week later we noticed that there was a leak coming from one of the faucets. We called them and they came right out to fix the leak, but the leak was actually from a defect in the faucet and NOT FROM THEIR INSTALLATION. They were very nice and thorough showing us where the leak was coming from and didn't charge us anything. A+++
