I called at about noon and was asked if 4-6 on the same day would be okay. I was pleasantly surprised and agreed. Igor came a few minutes late, but called ahead to ask if that would be okay. He brought a trainee with him, which I had also previously agreed to. Both men were extremely polite and professional, as was the man who I spoke with to arrange the appointment. They went about their work quickly and efficiently. I had pre-purchased the service with a discount coupon through Angie's list. The total of the repair exceeded the pre-paid price by $17. Igor wrote off the difference as a Christmas gift! Thank you VITech Mechanical - the Plumbing Company. I'll never need to search for a plumber again!

Igor arrived on time - called ahead before arriving. He got right to work and cleared that pesky obstruction. No mess. Toilet works like a dream. I had feared I may need a new toilet, but it was just accumulation in the drain. All's well now!

I saw the coupon for $89 Outdoor Hose bib replacement from VITech Mechanical LLC. I used it and immediately received a call from VITech. They said they could be there 45 minutes. I was at work and left at lunchtime to meet him. He replaced the hose bib in record time. I saw that he sweated in a replacement. I mention that I wish I would have said to add an adapter with a threaded fitting. He said no problem and no extra charge. He did it in 15 minutes and it works perfectly. Very courteous and professional. I was back to work with in the hour.

Vitaliy was great to work with. We were in a pinch and needed someone out for kitchen hook up on short notice. He came out on Saturday morning and got work done in a short amount of time. He was quick and efficient. I would definitely hire him again in the future for any work needed. I prefer to give my money to small business owners over big companies. I give him a 10!

I hired VI Tech Mechanical from Angie's List based off of the reviews for plumbing services. I just moved to Phoenix from the East coast a few days earlier and the house I moved into had a pin hole leak from the main copper feed in the garage. I used the two hour service package for $135 and Igor replaced copper fitting, repaired the leak, and installed two shower heads within the time frame. He came promptly, He was professional, and he his work was outstanding. It prompted me to ask for his son, Vitale to come give me estimates for other work needed in the house. Their pricing is very fair! I will be using their services in the future and spreading the good word about them for certain!!

Vitali of VITech was here in a hurry. He called, asked me to take a picture of my old water heater and send it to him and he was off. An hour later, he was back with a water heater and in about two hours, I had hot water again. I will use VITech again and again, and recommend Vitali to all my friends. Courteous, professional and hard-working.

I was very pleased with the excellent service that Vitaliy provided. I was able to receive same day service. Initially I was going to buy a new hot water heater from Vitaliy, but he noticed my hot water heater was still under warranty. He took the time to call the warranty service on my behalf, took my old hot water heater to Lowes and picked up a new one, and then installed it. I think this probably added a few extra hours to his day and he did not charge me extra. Very impressed. He was more than happy to answer any questons I had and made sure I was completely satisfied when the work was completed. He is very honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend him.
