It went terrific, arrived as promised, one of the faucets had a small leak, which can occur, he suggested I watch all faucets for 24 hours before putting items back under the cabinets. he came right back out the next day and took care of the issue. Very professional, clean and picked up after themselves.

Poorly...the man who came out was VERY condescending and patronizing. I had to explain to him at least 7 times, that we were on a shared well and our home was the only home experiencing the problem.

I purchased a deal from VITech Mechanical and used it to cover part of the cost for replacing my failed water heater. Within a couple of hours after I called VITech they came to my home and determined that my leaking water heater had failed. We made arrangements for them to return to my home the next day to install a new water heater. The next day they accompanied me to Home Depot where I purchased a new unit and they brought it back to my house. The installation was done professionally taking care to ensure every step of the process was completed properly. The failed water heater was still under warranty and I was advised by the manufacturer that I would need the actual rating tag from the heater to get compensation. Even though VITech had removed the failed water heater from my home and were in the process of disposing it, they volunteered to remove the rating tag and mail it to me. Within two days I received the tag in the mail as promised. VITech is an excellent company that prides itself in doing an expert job at a reasonable price. They were polite, prompt and professional. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

Had a couple of problems at first and they worked through them all. Helping me out along the way and staying with the price of the deal. Very great work!

If there is a two hour window for an appointment and the tech cannot make it within that time frame, as a customer, I appreciate a courtesy call informing me of the delay. After he arrived, he did apologize for being late, saying it was because of the rainy weather. In the end, I was pleased because the fix took maybe 20 minutes and was performed despite rainy weather and it being after 6 pm on a Friday when he arrived.

the company setup an appointment and the service men arrived right on time, also the next day I noticed that I needed additional work, they came out immediately and took care of everything, I liked that they cleaned up all areas that work was performed, price was fair, and exactly as quoted on the phone, all add on's, I would hire them again

FIXED SEVERAL FAUCET LEAKS SAVING ME BIG $$ ON REPLACEMENT.

I contacted ViTech om 01/02/2017 for help with Residential Toilet install. My toilet was leaking clear water from under the pedestal. One day earlier I had spilled water on the bathroom floor. I removed the toilet finding the wax ring had disintegrated It appeared to me the toilet flange was bent and not usable. ViTech stated they would replace the flange for $125 and re-install my toilet for $75.We set an appointment for 01/03/2017. About an hour later ViTech telephoned me indicating they could complete the job 01/02/2017, one day earlier. ViTech arrived on time. After inspecting the work area, the ViTech plumber advised me that the flange was usable and therefore there was no need to replace the flange. He installed my toilet in less than 45 minutes. He was friendly and courteoys. He text 2 days ahead to advise he had an early appt available if convenient for me. He arrived timely and with everything needed to do the work.

Vitaliy followed up immediately with my initial order. Appointment was set for the next day, and he showed up right on time. He was way more than fair with pricing for extra work that I requested, and was super friendly and willing to do that work right then while he was here. He is the only plumber I will ever call again and will recommend him to friends and neighbors. Not just an A, but rather a definite A+++.

They drained the water heater. They would have checked other things if I wanted. But I didn't. So quick in and out.

Very well. He was right on time, very cordial, and did all the small jobs to perfection, even running to Home Depot for a part. He repaired a dripping faucet and a slow flushing toilet, did a water heater flush and checked all our plumbing connections, giving recommendations for eventual changes.

The hose replacement couldn't be done. So, I just had the person who came over fix my problem. He took out another part and it was what needed to be fixed. So, the replacement didn't take place, but he fixed my problem.
