The technicians were able to fix the drain relatively quickly and easily, and offered me suggestions on what to do with my faucet, as it was too calcified to fix. They offered to install a new one, but I am planning to redo the bathroom anyways, so I declined. They were very helpful, knowledgable, and quick.

I can thank Igor and VItech enough, we bought a nee house and had some faucet issues that theh came and repaired and they were quick, honest, and professional. They did not try to overcharge.. In fact i thought i was going to pay alot more and I didnt.. I would use these guys over and over again...

The service was handled quickly and easily by the two men that come to our home.

Faucet part was replaced tub was looked at but not fixed. He reaked of cigarette smoke and took a while for him to understand what needed to be done. He wanted to cut open a ceiling despite its explaining where the problem was. Purchased a deal through Angie's list, but ended up costing much more than it was worth. Definitively would not use this company again.

Both the owner and I made an initial mistake. He didn't confirm my address anbd I hadn't changed my address on Angie's List since I moved. He was nice enough to send the technician out that afternoon and all was well.

Service was good. Service was 1 1/2 longer than what was paid for. We purchased the parts but 2 was wrong so husband went out to get correct faucets. Both plumbers were respectful.

I thought it went well. They replaced the pvc with copper pipe. It wasn't until the following month when I got my water bill --- $150 higher than normal. I found out that they had used a hacksaw to cut the PVC pipe instead of a pvc pipe cutting tool. The shavings got into the irrigation line, causing the valve to stick open. So I had to replace the diaphragms, one of the valves (about $75) plus the excess water usage. Not happy about that.

They called 30 minute prior to arrival. I showed them (2 workers) the list and they began the work. One thing they discovered was the garbage disposal needed to be replaced, so I went to the store to get one while they continued working. About 90 minutes later, everything was fixed and they cleaned up after themselves. Great job

I purchased two hours worth of services and Vitaly was done with above list of items in 1 hour! Because there was one hour left, I requested he replace the cartridge in the guest bathroom (only hot water in the shower), he hesitated somewhat, but after a brief discussion, agreed to drive to the local Home Depot (2 miles from my home) to purchase a cartridge and installed! I have used his services a couple of other times with excellent results.
