Purchased 2 hours of plumbing service and they came the same day I called to make an appointment. The service provider Igor was great. Had to do some custom work to get the RO facet to tighten properly and had to replace a drain pipe and a valve. No extra charge even though he was here for 2 1/2 hours and had to replace some parts. Worth every penny paid for this deal.

He arrived on time and provided quick service. He stayed on site a few additional minutes to ensure everything was operating correctly.

We were experiencing leaks in the old (cheap) valves and lines and already replaced a couple (one at a time) so decided to do them all before one really let go and did some damage. At the last minute thought to have the faucets installed. VITech came quickly (on a Saturday) and did all the work professionally, competently, and in a friendly manner, even to our dogs who wanted to help. Will have them back in my home to fix plumbing issues at any time needed. Everything works fine with no leaks.

Everything was great except the plumber never called to say someone was coming to do the work. He just materialized at about 6:00 or so on a Friday evening. A confirming call would have been nice since we were out and just happened to come home when the plumber was about to leave.
