It went amazingly well. We could not be any happier with the outcome. They worked diligently to solve the issue in our master bathroom shower. He wasn't going to give up until he had it figured out! They only charged us for parts and not for any time over the 2 hours that we had paid for in advance though it took closer to 5 hours to complete repairs. We greatly appreciate their honestly and desire to make us a satisfied customer. We will definitely use them again!

When I called, they took the time to hear my concerns and scheduled me quickly. Extremely professional. Very honest. After checking the leaks, Igor determined it was calcium buildup on the faucet screens which he cleaned. He checked the garbage disposal and verified it was in good working order. He checked the bathtub and verified it was clear. I had the $50 coupon for service call. I will definitely call them in the future!

This firm was superb. They came on 24 hours notice and the technician was extremely pleasant and polite. A couple of issues needed some follow up a week later and the owner came out without any hesitation and fixed them. I had a complicated gas line issue. He came on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, replaced the defective part and the issue was resolved. It was a pretty small job but he showed up and worked diligently.

Technician adjusted the bathroom stool floats. No issues. Technician drained water heater and answered all our questions about our 'old' water heater (15yrs old) and possibly replacing it with tankless heater.
