Great work! Purchased service credit offer through Angie's list. I was able to schedule within a day's time the appointment to check a leaking sink . Vendor visited and found the sink was cracked and needed replaced. He returned when I had the parts and replaced the sink. Scheduling was easy, work was exceptional, and he did a great job with cleanup. I would definitely hire VITech again.

Excellent service. They took the time to make sure that the sink looked and performed perfectly. They gave me a tutorial on care as well.

They weren't cheap.They did the job right. They're just air conditioning people.

The water hookup was done quickly and nicely. Then since we supposedly had credit up to $100 (beyond the $39 original charge), we asked if he could improve the drainage in the bathroom sink and tub. A shop-vac was used and the drainage improved. this took about 10 minutes. I assumed it was all included in the original fee, but I was charged an additional $65. I asked about the fee but I didn't understand the explanation. I didn't want to argue the point after the fact. The original deal was $39 for the visit which included up to $100 credit towards work which was supposed to be for "any number of repairs".

They dug down deep and connected new pipes and a new fire ring. It now works great.

After replacing the outdoor faucet, the tech pointed out that it wasn't connected to a water source. Why wouldn't you point that out beforehand, I don't know. They used a $2.00 plastic strip to snake the bathtub drain only three feet down and left a nasty mess in the bathroom for us to clean up. Then they said our P-traps were fine in the bathroom sinks, so there's no reason they should smell. They still smell. I'll give them they were punctual and only charged us what the Angie's List deal cost. Still, I wasn't impressed.

As expected. Replaced and no longer leaks.

Excellent! Such great customer service and professionalism from the moment I called to make the appointment. The work was more challenging than originally anticipated because my piping was so old. He did a great job and even picked up a power cord for my garbage disposal because I forgot to get on myself. No extra charge. Wonderful, wonderful experience. My parents are moving to the valley next month. I will recommend VI Tech to them for their plumbing needs as well!

The owner contacted me immediately and set an appointment for the next day, Saturday (very unexpected). Showed up on time, did an excellent job at the agreed upon price. Very satisfied with this tradesman and recommend very highly.

Fantastic! The technician was very professional, polite and speedy. He fixed and or corrected every item I wanted done and did it all within the two hour time frame. Definitely will have VITech back again when I need any new plumbing items taken car of.

When we needed to have some additional valves replaced inside the house we called upon their services again. They were very responsive. Were here in a couple of days and did a great job. One of the jobs required cutting of drywall that they were very careful with to make sure that it would be easy for us to replace and patch when they were finished.

It went fine. The new parts are working fine. However, because he had to go through the wall from my family room to the back of the bathtub/shower, I now need a drywall repair. Not his fault. I did not want to replace all the walls of the shower. He did leave the bathtub a mess. It smelled dreadful for days because of the chemical he used to loosed the old fixtures, and it was also covered with marks from his shoes. I was able to remove those with Soft Scrub later.
