I received 2 estimates and went with TiO because they said the other company would certainly go over their estimate, and their panel would not have the same benefits that TiO's had. True, a comparable panel was a bit higher, but still lower overall than TiO's quote. And TiO ended up WAY over its quote - so it would have been better to go with the other company. I also now have to get fill dirt for a hole they dug because now water pools against the hose every time it rains. Two good things about TiO, however: I do believe they will stand behind their work - which is super important for a big project like a panel replacement. And the technician was great - communicated well and took the time to explain things.

Problem successfully diagnosed in less than fifteen minutes. Turned out the original ceiling fan was wired incorrectly by previous owners. A new combo ceiling fan & light switch was installed at the same time. The entire process took less than half an hour.

The work was done well, with minimal drywall repair needed. There were no surprises, and cleanup was performed. Everything worked well the first time, no re-work needed.

Their estimate process has been very professional. I got the estimate the next day.

I contacted Turn it On Electric to send someone to come to give the work estimate. Pedro texted me he can not come but wanted me to send the pictures of electric panel. I was surprised he would ask me to send the pictures instead of coming in person to give estimate (all other electricians showed up and gave me the estimate). Last Friday, Bob of Turn it On Electric showed up and gave me other estimate. The estimate was higher ($850), I asked him why it increased. He said he needs other guy to help him putting the heater. So I called the office this morning. The lady (Lori) said the estimate was different because of different work. I told her "No, because I told Pedro I wanted to install heater in the garage". I asked her why not Pedro showed up. She said he was busy with his schedule. I told her why not send someone to come to give the estimate. Sorry to find out this company does not accept some blame for the problems.

Excellent. Called and planned arrival. Promptly went to work; briefed me on the project. Cleaned up after the work was done. Cost was that which had been quoted. Appreciate that they took the old fans to Goodwill for me as they left my home.

It took a while to find someone to respond to a non critical electrical problem. Turn it On Electric were one of the few companies that actually answered the phone, and I made an appointment 9 days later. I continued to attempt to find someone without luck, must have been a busy day. I then got a call 3 days later, and Pedro was available to come round that afternoon. He started at the main panel to make sure there was nothing wrong there. While I was pretty sure power was leaving the panel, he quickly confirmed it. He then went round the outlets and found some strange readings. The Neutral line was giving the wrong reading. He then tested all the outlets not working, and found the problem. A changed plug about 6 years ago had left the ground a little loose, and it had eventually moved enough to cause problems. Pedro quickly resolved the issue and was on his way. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of his analysis, and the final result.

Jason and his crew performed above and beyond what I expected. Every day, the team arrived early to accommodate my schedule. I appreciated the daily updates by Jason and the courtesy with which the team member treated me. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and made suggestions which improved my overall electrical situations at home.
