Description of Work: Installed new gate, and replaced block wall fence that was blown down due to a storm

Description of Work: Rebuilt a segment of perimeter block wall. The new wall was built with exacting precision. Dan came out for an estimate within 24 hours and started removal of the failed wall within another 24 hours. Wall completed in another 48 hours. That's amazing. Dan's guys seem honest. One of them came and let me know that he accidentally broke a sprinkler head (which is not a big deal and happens all of the time). I appreciated the honesty and told him not to worry about it. Job completed on time and on budget. Toro was a bit less precise with cementing down my pavers and left a small amount of rock mess behind. Still good work on that though. Dan was super easy to work with. Dan moves and talks quickly but he knows his stuff and delivers on his word. I was out of town when the job was completed. I came back home to a beautiful wall and a carefully latched and closed gate. They even put the lock through it. Overall, I'm highly satisfied in my dealings with and recommend this company.

Description of Work: Repair block wall & restucco. Repair work was generally performed well, but stucco was left very rough (rather than smoothly finished), which required significant preparation prior to painting. In addition, despite two requests, job site was not left clean and required significant cleanup.

Description of Work: I called Toro Construction to get a quote for repair or replacement of a small portion of a block fence that had pulled away from the garage wall and was leaning into and causing a gate to be moved over so that it would not close. When I called, Dan gave me a quote over the phone and said he would be out to look at the fence and give me a written estimate the next day. He called the next day in the late afternoon and said that he was running out of time as he had a family obligation and he would be out the next day late morning or early afternoon. He did not show the next day, nor did he call with an explanation and i haven't heard from him since.

Description of Work: Dan came to our house and gave an estimate for the cost of tearing down our wooden fence and replacing it with a six-foot tall block fence with three gates. The fence surrounds our back yard. Excluding the gates, it required 242 linear feet of block. The gates include an iron frame and unfinished wooden boards; they look great.

Description of Work: Toro construction removed about 162 feet of old cedar fencing, dug and poured the footings for a new concrete block fence, constructed the fence and mounted a 10 foot wide gate.

Description of Work: Removed old fence and gates, dug footing, inspected, poured footing, installed block wall (Approx. 250'-6' Block wall, 1-12' RV gate, 3-4' gates, 1-3' security gate with deadbolt. 75'-4' block wall).
