They are very professional, reasonably priced and what I liked the most about them were that they were very respectful of our home, they were friendly and clean. I was very satisfied with this company.

Fine. I have used them before at another house five or six years ago. They were a bit higher than some of the ads I saw, but I went with them because I had a positive experience before.

The two workmen seemed to be responsible and worked continuously. Not knowing how the job should be done, I can't comment further on the work itself. There was a sprinkling of white droppings on the floor under almost every vent cover after they left.

Called and scheduled service. Scheduler was excellent gave me a firm price at the time. They called to verify that they had gotten the address correct. The day prior to service they gave a courtesy reminder call. Workers arrived right on time. Dominic and Claudio were very professional and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. I had requested a dryer vent cleaning (new house to me, did not know what its condition was), they checked and determined that it did not require cleaning and did not charge for that service. Very happy with their work. I will use them again.

Called and scheduled service. Since I was also having them clean my air ducts, they set up appointment to follow the other work. They gave me a courtesy call the day before. Jim arrived prior to the scheduled time. Jim is very pleasant and is very efficient in getting the job done. Carpets were well cleaned.

They were 30 minutes early, and since no one was home in the middle of the day, they left. We called dispatching and they came right back. They did a poor job of cleaning up after they finished and gave a lame excuse and didn't perform all the work requested.

THEY WERE FABULOUS! CALLED TO ASK IF THEY COULD COME EARLIER THAN ARRANGED. SHOWED UP WHEN THEY PROMISED AT THE EARLIER TIME. VERY PROFESSIONAL. CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE. FAST, GOOD SERVICE. WILL USE THEM AGAIN

THE WORKERS WERE PROMPT, POLITE AND RESPECTFUL. THEY CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS.

THE TOP HATTER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING OUR CARPET AND TILE. THEY ARIVED ON TIME AND FINISHED UP ON TIME. THE CARPET AND TILE LOOKED AWESOME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

DIDN'T SCRAPE UP THE WALLS WITH THEIR HOSES. PUT ALL THE GRATES BACK ON CORRECTLY. DID NOT TRY TO SELL ALL THAT EXTRA STUFF LIKE DEODORIZER AND ANTIBACTERIAL SOLUTION THAT WE DIDN'T NEED.

TWO MAN TEAM CAME IN TO CLEAN. THEIR PRICES INCLUDED SPOT CLEANING, SMALL AREA RUGS, STEAM CLEANING, AND A CARPET FINISH. THE MEN WERE PROFESSIONAL AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL THEY DID. I LIKED THE FACT THAT THEIR PRICE INCLUDED ALL SERVICES. THEY DO NOT TRICK YOU INTO HIGHER PRICES BY SEPARATE PRICING ON EACH SERVICE. THERE WERE NO SURPRISES IN THE FINAL BILLING. THE MEN SEEMED PROUD OF WHAT THEY DID, AND PROUD OF THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR.

THEY WERE ON TIME, DID THE JOB RIGHT, WERE VERY COURTEOUS.

I FOUND THEM TO BE RESPONSIVE AND VERY WORKABLE AROUND MY SCHEDULE. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WERE CLEAN AND PRESENTABLE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL OF THE HOME. THEY CLEANED THE DUCTS WELL. I BELIEVE IT HAS CUT DOWN ON ALLERGIC REACTIONS FROM FAMILY MEMBERS. THEIR PRICES WERE SOMEWHAT HIGH BUT CONSIDERING THEIR REPUTATION I FELT THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
