Roger mounted the TV to the wall, connected all of the components and re-programmed our remotes. He showed up at the scheduled time and completed all work in a reasonable time period. I would definitely recommend Roger to friends.

Roger arrived on time as scheduled and went right to work. He got my Apple TV hooked up with my TV and programmed the universal remote. He also adjusted the settings on my TV to make it the most user friendly for us. He's very experienced and knowledgable. He is a professional and I would defiantly use him again.

They were fine. I had to kind of redo some stuff after they left. It was not really configured the way I wanted it. I think they were on time.

When Roger showed up at my house, I thought he was going to turn around and leave after seeing the rat nest of wires behind my stereo. Half of my ceiling speakers did not work, the home theater would short out and the subwoofer hummed so bad that my wife unplugged it. Roger went to work immediately and systematically solved each problem. He loomed the tangle of wires into neatly tied cords and installed new wire with better connections to the stereo. Both left and right stereo speaker banks began to work again. The short disappeared, and he re-connected the incorrectly connected sub-woofer. He also coordinated my home theater stereo with my whole house stereo so that music would play through both systems simultaneously. Roger also lined in my XM radio unit so that I would not have to use the lower fidelity radio signal. After some additional fine tuning with settings, the result was that my ceiling speakers have plenty of sound and power that I never had, my sub-woofer was back and I could roll my stereo shelves out from the cabinet without disconnecting speaker wires. Roger is an audiophile and a low voltage electrician, so you get the best of both worlds. He is punctual, intelligent and derives creative solutions to problems. I would definitely hire Roger again for any stereo or home theater issues.

Roger was available quickly after first contact. He called when he was on the way and arrived on time. I had a 55" LCD TV to hang above the fireplace with a new MantleMount. He had never seen a mount like this, but easily worked out how to install. Prior to the install, Roger had to get up into the attic to rewire some cable lines to get it in the right spot. He then ran all the wires through the wall to where my home stereo was. It was a tight fit for the TV, but he nailed it on the first try. It was about a 2.5 hours job, but the TV works and looks amazing. All the wires are hidden and the TV looks like it just floats there. He cleaned up before he left. Very happy on my end. Thanks.

Roger called exactly as scheduled and arrived within 10 min of time estimated several days earlier. He was very careful with glass doors on cabinets and all property, He professionally accomplished all our requested tasks. During the final test, we found that one function did not work correctly. He cheerfully and quickly rewired to make all functions work correctly. Roger's phone rang several times during his time in our house, but he gave us 100% of his attention. We were also positively impressed that Roger is ROC licensed. His price was reasonable and less than the big box store's Squad. He made valuable suggestions on sound enhancements in another room -- even told us where to find the best price on what we needed. We unequivocally recommend Roger, The Theater Doctor. This is our first experience with Roger, and we have no personal or business relationship -- other than being s satisfied customer. When we need additional home theater help, Roger will be our first call.

One was a monster 65" curved TV in a wall cutout specifically made for the TV. Only Roger's skill allowed this thing to go in, there was only about 1/2 inch all around. He also installed a high end sound bar and taught all of us how to use the entire rig. On the second TV, I had purchased the wrong type of mount but Roger had a correct on with him, gave it to me for cost and saved the day. Highly recommend.

Initially I spoke to Roger on the phone and we discussed what I needed done. We set the appointment time for 10:00 am and he called when he was about 15 minutes away... which I appreciated! I had purchased a table-top TV mount which Roger put together and then he hooked up the TV and also my new indoor, amped antenna. He also found that my sub-woofer was not even turned on... as you can see, I am technically-challenged. Before putting everything back in place, he made sure it was all working. AND, there are no cables showing!! Everything is neat and tidy. Roger definitely knows his business, is personable and a very patient person. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Roger was excellent. He arrived promptly and called prior to confirm his arrival time. He was professional and knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. Roger was great -- clearly experienced and focused on satisfying the customer. He directed us to a deal on the new receiver which was better than he was able to get for us which saved us some $$. Roger was very responsive and was out to give me an estimate the same day I called. He then scheduled me 2 days later for the install. He was on time and very courteous. We are very pleased with his work and he cleaned up great and left no trace behind. He also helped me program the tv and taught me a few tricks in setting up the programming. Scott moved a cable for my TV from one room to another. He showed up on time, actually early, and did the work in just a few hours. I was working from home that day, and in a conference call, so Scott thoughtfully left the invoice. Not wanting to interrupt the call, that was very much appreciated. Scott came by later and received payment. Great install, fair prices, and Scott was a pleasure to speak to. He gave me ideas on my next project, a sound system. I will definitely have Scott back for that install.

I called Roger seeing the good reviews from AngiesList. He was right on time for the appointment and did a complete analysis and gave a competitive pricing. I then scheduled the work. He was right on time. He asked me all the questions regarding how I want to configure my system and configured it right. It was a 2 days job and Roger did a amazing job. I'll call Roger for all my installations from now on. He is awesome.

Roger spent nearly 2 hrs imputing all necessary commands for all my components including a new 50" uhdtv and It was very complicated and time consuming. In the end everything worked perfectly and the picture quality is brilliant.

I called mid-morning, he returned my call within 90 minutes and was at my door in less then 20 minutes. He assessed the situation and fixed the problem. He was knowledgable and explained what had happened with the settings and showed me how to fix it, if it happened again. I will definitely call him again if I have any home theatre issues.

It's very rare today to find someone as professional and knowledgeable as Roger. I contacted him to install all of the above equipment. When he noticed that I was using 4 remotes he suggested programing all but one to my cox remote. He was very prompt, polite and did outstanding work. I had received a telephone quote from another company before calling The Home Theater Doctor. They had quoted me $300 to do the same work that Roger did for $150. I would diffently use him again.
