Description of Work: Fixed leaking roof (actually re-roofed a 15 X 20 concrete tile section of our house) . Original schedule was set in March, but I asked if at all possible could I be worked in if schedule allowed. Work was actually done 1 month early, while I was out of State, I paid him when I returned - no problems, easy to work with. We have since moved out of state so I will not be using him again, but If I stayed in Phoenix and needed his expertise, I would call again.
