Spencer 4 Hire Roofing is a cut above the rest in many ways! I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs. Below is my full experience if anyone would like to read the details. It’s rare to find a company that has an untouchable and impeccable level of customer service, but I’ve managed to find one and want to share it with everyone that needs roof work done. I had a massive 25 ft Saguaro topple over onto my roof during the wind storms and wreck my roof. I had broken trusses and needed a full replacement. I obtained quotes from a few companies and while they were all licensed and good companies, Spencer 4 Hire seemed different from all of the other companies and was the one I chose to work with. My homework showed me that they have impeccable reviews, loyal customers, a beautiful and clean ROC record, and A+ BBB ratings but my firsthand experience was even more amazing. They also use superior products which matters when you’re wanting to protect your home. I called the day this occurred and Donna took my call right away. The owner, Nathan Spencer and Taylor came to see me the same day I called and immediately assessed the damage. My job’s supervisor was John Spencer who was incredibly knowledgeable and just an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m going to miss seeing him show up in the mornings with his big smile and friendly demeanor. They communicated every step of the way, were incredibly timely, every member of all of their crews were kind and courteous, they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, they cleaned up each and every day before leaving, they delivered well above what was even promised, and I’m grateful that their level of integrity was superior to anything I expected. My job was completed well ahead of schedule and Nathan even went out of his way to make sure my satellite dish was fully functional on a Saturday afternoon …. which was way above the scope of anything he needed to do. Thank you for fixing my smashed home so beautifully and making the entire experience more perfect than anything I could’ve wished for. I’m grateful to have crossed paths with all of you and you’ve confirmed my strong belief that nothing is better in a trusted company than one that is family run and treats you like one of their family members. I was beyond impressed! All I really wanted was quality work and someone who would clean up the mess when they were done, at a reasonable price. At every stage of the process, they communicated with me and exceeded my expectations. I will tell all my friends how great they are. I have this cute little mini house mailbox, I forgot to ask them, but they re-shingled my mailbox to match the house- that’s the sort of attention to detail they provided. They took 3 days, but primarily 2 days- each night they cleaned up and even moved their trailer out of our driveway. They redid a bird eve (is that what it’s called?). They left nothing undone, and everything they touched was left better than when they started. I didn’t know that a roofing company could be so thorough, tidy, communicative, and high quality. The owner showed his enthusiasm for his company and passion for the work that do every time we communicated. All I can say is that I was impressed, and if you get a bid from them and meet Nathan, you will know what I am talking about. Do yourself a favor and get a bid from Spencer’s roofing- their level of professionalism is impressive, and they under promise and over deliver.

Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement.

Spencer Roofing did an absolutely amazing job. They were so fast and efficient. Especially in this heat! I’ve already noticed a huge difference in my 1994 home with keeping the air cooler. 100% would recommend to all my neighbors, friends, family, and people in the grocery store! Extremely professional and friendly!
