Description of Work: Some cement tiles had fallen off roof. They came, did an inspection, found 13 tiles needed to be replaced because of cracks. They came back as scheduled and replaced tiles. This installer even found a couple more he thought should be replaced,drove to place to find them, came back and replaced an additional 2 at no additional charge. |I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Our house is 17 years old and we haven't had the roof inspected since we bought it. Because we live in the desert, wind and rain aren't the issue as much as heat drying out the materials. Spencer 4 Hire provided us with a beautifully detailed, computer-generated report of the repair work to be done and the associated costs. He then returned later that day to do an inspection on the roof of a rental property of ours.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for $99 for a Roof Inspection. It went well. He was able to come out in a reasonable amount of time, but it took him a while to email the results of the inspection. He let me know that there were broken shingles and tree shedding.

Description of Work: Performed the roof inspection (though were slow to schedule it) as requested. However, when problems were found their price to fix it was somewhat high as well as typical "you have to replace the whole roof". I had another roofer do the repairs for 20% of a half roof replacement.

Description of Work: Sent a message to Brandon, who was very quick to respond. We set an appointment for a roof inspection and he was here on time. He presented his estimate and I let him know we would be reviewing all estimates and let him know our decision. While we went with another roofing company, I would not hesitate to use them, should I need their services, in the future.
