It went well. Jon, Dakota and Thomas arrived early and worked efficiently and professionally. Got the job done in the 3 hours allotted and the deal I purchased on Angie's List was a very good deal. My only complaint is they knocked a hole in one wall and the office was supposed to follow up and offer repair but no one ever did. It's minor damage - something we can fix ourselves - but the company should have followed up as the guys said they would. It's just the right thing to do. I would still use them again and would recommend them.

Very well. They were done within the three hours allotted in the Angie's coupon and only charged for supplies and needed blankets. Movers were courteous, on time, efficient and professional. I would recommend this service.

GREAT!!! Very hard workers!! Went very fast. They were careful with all items and very friendly and professional. This is the second time I have used Soft Touch and both times were an excellent experience. Will also be scheduling them to move other very large items in the near future! Thank you Soft Touch!!!!

Movers were nice. I feel they used way to much packing material and in fact ran out mid way through the move. They charged $6 for packing paper which I found outrageous. So moving 1 room which I was quoted $250 ended up being over $600. Luckily, AMEX agreed with me after disputing so I ended up paying $300 bc they did go over the time quoted.

First off I tried to resolve all issues with owner prior but even after agreeing with their resolving is very poor extended no further help. First off I made the appointment two days prior as it asks we agreed that they would arrive between 2-5pm which works perfect. Well I called in roughly 2pm to find out an eta explained the driver will contact me in a few minutes. 2 hours later I called back after receiving no response from nether office or driver and finally got a call from the driver at 3pm with an eta of 1-2 hours - perfect still in their time frame right? Well the next call came roughly 5:15 explaining they will be about an hour out and had no idea I lived in surprise even after I very clearly stated that when ordering. Well arriving late already they finally came a little after six well upon moving al the stuff to the new house the driver came up and said "by the way broke your office chair" very relaxed and didn't apologize or even write down on the paper. Well understandable assume they would replace it I called in and my now $150 office chair has become about $3.00 because they offer .60 cents a pound for things they break. Never apologized for arriving late or for breaking my stuff just kept stating the laws to me instead of saying sorry. I'd recommend any other company over this. No issues they inflicted were resolved. All I wanted was an apology and a fair deal for things they damaged but received neither. Owner raised voice stating that if every mover that broke something had to actually replace it they'd be out of business. Go with a bigger more reliable company.

I love these guys. Mickel and Randy. So professional and polite. Arrived early and moved me in exactly 2 hours as promised. Great service. Would highly recommend. Wrapped up my furniture that needed wrapping(because i had already boxed a majority of items) Great service!!

They did a great job except for a small dent in my refrigerator.

The two gentlemen were upbeat, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. They did an amazing job in a stressful situation as we were separating the household. Tensions were high. They dealt with it professionally and respectfully with grace. Wonderful job!

They did a great job. Three movers showed up on time. They were friendly, worked quickly, and moved our things with care. Everything they moved made it to the new home in one piece! We were very satisfied with the quality of work provided. We would use them again.

It was a gift for somebody so I'm assuming it went well. They did the work that Sunday when I bought it. They did the work the way they were supposed to. This was the second that I used that same deal. The first time I used them, I used them personally and I thought that they were great. So I'm assuming they did a good job since I didn't hear otherwise. I don't think they charged extra. The workers were great.
