They called to let me know their status and exactly when they would be arriving (great communication.) Their three men crew arrived at 12:55 PM and were working at 1 PM strategically padding, wrapping and loading the truck like a giant jigsaw puzzle with surgical precision. I provided them access to cold waters and Gatorade to help counter the 117-degree temperatures, but the heat was still brutal. However, work continued at a rapid pace with our furniture all ready for the trip to Washington! Thanks for an amazing job under difficult circumstances! We did most of the packing ourselves in advance of the move. We scheduled two trucks and a crew of five for the move, based on a recommendation by Soft Touch's office staff after I described the size of our home and what we wanted to move. Scott, Joe, Justin, Jerry and Tom showed up on time for the appointment. These gentlemen were professional, courteous and respectful to us as well as being gentle and respectful to our belongings, including some antiques and other fragile items, They began by having us walk them through our home to show them exactly what was getting moved and what was not. They carefully disassembled, wrapped and packed things like our wooden sleigh bed frame and dining room table. Then they reversed the process at our new home. All the while they worked quickly and efficiently. I added several items for them to take at the last minute and they happily took them with no complaints. I had high expectations of Soft Touch from the reviews on Angie's List. These guys exceeded my expectations. I thank Scott, Joe, Justin, Jerry, Tom and Soft Touch for doing a great job and making the move go as easily and smoothly as possible. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Although we hope it will be a long time before we move again, we will certainly call Soft Touch for our future moving needs. Keep up the great work Soft Touch!

We previously used Soft Touch earlier in the year to move so unused furnishings into a new house. Their performance was excellent in terms of punctuality, protecting the objects and the walls and doors of the house. We subsequently hired Soft Touch for our final house move on May 20th. Once again they were on time, listened to our suggestions and carefully moved every last piece of furniture without a single incident. Everything was blanketed and plastic wrapped for protection. Everything was expertly reassembled at the new house. The crews was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. They clearly know what they're doing and they do it well. I strongly recommend you give Soft Touch a try. I have nothing negative to say about their performance which is exceptional considering other moves that I have experienced in the past.

It went great. They guys showed up on time (they called when they were on their way so I was ready for them). When they got there hey were prepared, efficient, hard working and professional.

A day before the move I tried to contact them to confirm our appointment but only got a recording. The day of the move, they were supposed to come by between 6:30 and 7:00 AM. I tried calling and emailing all day - no response. I waited around an almost empty house ALL day for them NOT to show up. The next day I tried to call them - we were scheduled to close the sale of our home the following day so I was in a REAL panic. Now their voice mail was full and I couldn't even leave a message. Fortunately, I was able to hire another moving company to come out the next day - although at about twice the cost. It has now been 3 days and I have still not heard from soft touch. Shame on them. Did I get scammed?

It didn't .... they're late and we're still waiting for them.

Excellent! Michael, Thomas and Omar arrived on time and were very professional. All of our household furniture was wrapped and handled very carefully as if it belonged to them. Plus the three movers worked quickly and efficiently and all were very polite. I would absolutely hire Soft Touch for another move.

In the process of the move we had some serious damage done to one of our tables and to our cat tree. They also did some damage to some of our doors as well.

They were wonderful, we were very pleased with them. They were excellent, we had more fun with them. I highly would recommend them to anybody else that wants to use them and I really appreciated being able to find them. And the price was right. We didn't have that many things and it just took that time. Of course we gave them a tip because they were so nice. And they put things together, and put stuff where we wanted it to go and we joked around with them and everything. It was really a good experience. I've used a lot of moving companies and that was a good price. They were very good with the belongings and never hurt anything. They were there just when we asked them to be there. It worked out very well. They were very professional but they were very customer friendly. I'm just very pleased with it.
