Excellent!!! My husband was very skeptical about this service. I heard good things about these movers and decided to try it. They moved 90% of my home in 3 hours and 45 minutes. They wrapped things that I wouldn't think to wrap. They protected the door ways. My husband told the movers that he was very impressed with them also. They did an awesome job and we will be calling them if we need to move in the future!!!

Scott, James & Jerry met us at our storage unit at 8:15AM on MLK Day and unloaded all of our household furniture & boxes from 3 full storage units, packed everything expertly into their 24-ft truck, and unloaded everything in our newly renovated house. We went 2.5 hours over our allotted 3-hour time window (we have a lot of stuff!) and it took almost the full 3 hours to unload our 3 storage units & pack everything carefully into the truck. We under-estimated how much time this would all take, and Scott explained clearly what the extra time would cost, and they really hustled to get all our stuff unloaded & into the house as quickly & carefully as possible. They laid down carpets and padded doorways to protect the new paint, and put everything exactly where we asked them to. All 3 guys were very pleasant and made our move back into our home easy & painless! We'd definitely hire them again!

We hired Soft Touch to move furniture from an apartment as well as from an extra bedroom in a friend's house, on a $199 for three hour deal from Angie's List. The three movers - Scott, James, and Daniel were great. They used moving blankets and stretch plastic to wrap up most of our nicer pieces of furniture, which helped make sure none of our furniture was damaged in the move. They also installed protective covers on entry doorways and the stairway railings/posts to prevent damage. We also had business equipment and file boxes, which were extremely heavy and had to be taken to a second floor. The movers were constantly loading and unloading with virtually no breaks, which is great considering it was a three hour deal. It ended up taking four hours, but not due to lack of effort. Movers were very friendly and cooperative, even after we changed our mind on placement of a few particularly heavy items to another room. We are not looking to move again anytime soon, but if we were, I would definitely use Soft Touch again. Very impressed with the care they took with our furniture/possessions during the move, as well as the walls, doorways, corners, railings, etc. in our new house.

The movers arrived promptly and began moving y belongings, they were professional and worked in a timely matter. The movers were very helpful and made sure everything was removed from my previous home. Scott, the owner of the moving company made sure all was taken care of properly, at my new home, before they left which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Soft Touch Moving and Packing to family or friends.

Scott, Lisa, Daniel, and James were awesome. They arrived on time and did a perfect job moving my stuff without breaking anything. These are very professional movers for a reasonable price.

This company was so easy to work with; responsive, professional, on time and handled all of our items with care! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is moving.

They called about a half hour prior to their arrival to let us know they were on their way. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Scott and his crew got right to work and wrapped all my beautiful furniture with blankets and stretch wrap to protect it. They were very careful not to damage anything and even laid a runner at the front door and taped blankets on the sides of the door frame to avoid bumps and such. Super professional. I've moved many times, including a number of corporate moves with the large national moving companies and these guys were every bit as professional and conscientious, if not more so than other companies I have used in the past. I will be using them again to move me from storage to my new home in a few months. Thank you Scott & team!

These guys are fantastic. If you use anyone else than Soft Touch you are nuts-I had my furniture destroyed by a moving company before I met Scott and his team. I have used them twice, just recommended them to my uncle who is moving in January-and will be using them again next year when I purchase my house. Give them a try and you will see........these guys take the pain out of moving.

Things went good as expected.

It went GREAT! They were careful with everything. putting blankets over the door and railings. They wrapped everything very carefully and carried everything down the stairs just as carefully. The job was done efficiently and professionally. They packed my storage unit nicely. I already discussed having them move everything into a house when I return to the Valley. I will also recommend you guys to anyone that needs a mover! Thank you again for everything!!

The crew was so friendly and very accommodating. Once they arrived, they did a walk through, discussed what needed to be moved and explained the moving process. This is the first moving company that has taken such good care of my possessions by wrapping all of my furniture and delicate items so they would not be scratched or broken during the move. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them the next time I move.

The Soft Touch crew loaded a houseful of furniture and moved it to a new house. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to deal with. Scheduling was easy and quickly confirmed. They showed up on time, listened to our concerns and requests and worked with care. They were experts on disassembling large items and carefully wrapped and handled everything. Moving is a chore, but Soft Touch will make it easier!

We ended up using them seven hours. Everything was absolutely wonderful. They were very professional. They called ahead of time and arrived when they said they would.

Again, Scott and Daniel showed up on a Saturday afternoon, fitting my emergency request into their busy schedule. A washer, dryer, and pedestal were moved from one location to another and then they returned to the first location with a different pedestal. The washer & dryer were set up and functional. Thanks again for a great job, guys!

It went very well. They are extermely professional, did a great job wrapping our electronics, antiques, dishes, and flat screen TV's. They even helped with my unpacking and provided wardrobes for me as well.

WOW... I was very lucky on getting SOFT TOUCH MOVING AND PACKING on my move to Phoenix. Coming from Washington State, it can be a crab shoot. As a matter of fact, in Washington, I had hired movers that didn't even show up so you can imagine how FORTUNATE I felt to have the experience I had with Scott and Daniel! They were early! They worked hard. My POD was in "visitor parking" so they had additional challenges other than the 3 Stories they had to climb. Honestly I could not be more pleased or impressed. I asked for their cards as I couldn't be more confident in recommending them. They went above and beyond. A rare thing these days They wore booties, put a red carpet cover on my floors and covered the corners of my walls and stairwells to ensure all was as it was prior to the many pieces of furniture and boxes being hauled in. Your things are important. This place will be your home. You chose what to keep and what to sell, donate or toss. They respected that and I was/am grateful. I'm telling ya, you'll be much more relaxed during the stress of moving knowing they are helping you.

I moved from north Phoenix to Scottsdale and hired Soft touch moving. On the day of the move Scott and Daniel showed up early and ready to work at 730am. They went over the contract with me and got straight to work wrapping and padding and my furniture. The guys were very professional and courteous and I would HIGHLY recommend Soft Touch Moving and Packing to anyone! Great job guys thanks!

Scott showed up with his crew right on time, and went right to work protecting the doors, floors, etc. They started wrapping the furniture and I could tell right away that these guys knew how to move. They were friendly and finished in the time quoted, plus, there were no extra fees. Thanks for making our move easy. I highly recommend these guys!
