I moved to Phoenix just a few months ago, and ended up having to move to a new apartment shortly after moving into my first place here. I was very nervous moving all of my brand new furniture because I didn't want any damage done to it. I did a lot of research and called several companies. Ultimately, I chose Soft Touch because they came recommended by a co-worker who was happy with their service when she moved. I was the first appointment of the day, so my movers were right on time. I asked them to keep the move within 3 hours, and I was pleasantly surprised that it only took them 2 hours and 15 minutes! Alex and Lance moved quickly, but wrapped and protected all my furniture so I knew it wouldn't get scratched or dinged. They were pleasant and professional, and allayed all my fears. They set up everything in my new place right where I wanted it, and I couldn't be happier with how smoothly my move went! Great price, but also great service. I highly recommend them!

These guys were GREAT! They showed up on time, ready to work, and needed very little direction. They were efficient--I can't believe how much we got done in three hours. Mickel, Ricky, and Lance were all hardworking, as well as polite, and good-natured, which was very much appreciated as moving is one of my all time stressors. Thank you guys for making it so much easier, you have no idea how much it helped...:)

Perfectly!!!!!! The team was efficient and expert in moving heavy furniture. This also included moving item up a staircase with a landing! All of my items were treated with kid gloves and the team was very accommodating. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them.

Raphael Lance and Mikel were amazing. They were professional and friendly and just all around great guys. Raphael managed to get a loveseat in my husband's den when he saw how upset this made husband. I just can't say enough good stuff about this crew. No superlative is sufficient. HIRE THESE GUYS ... You won't regret it!!!!

For such a complicated move, it went very smoothly. The three member team arrived on time and were friendly, courteous and efficient. They went above and beyond to protect my furniture and even packed some items which I had forgot to pack. I was extremely impressed with their service oriented outlook and courtesy. It was a very hard and complex move and they did whatever I asked without complaint and with good humor. I highly recommend Soft Touch.

Absolutely perfect. Worked incredibly well with a less than organized 20 year old. On time and efficient. The plan was to have the stuff in Portland on date specific when dad would be up there to help...they were using a 3rd party shipper and when they couldn't commit to the date, they rented a van drove all night to meet the date and then flew home. With a cheerful smile on their face...outstanding.

They charged a little bit more because they had to make two trips. It went very well. They started working and they didn't quit until they got done. One of the lamps were broken, but I think it was one that my daughter was going to get rid of anyhow. They were very polite, they start working when they get there, and they don't quit until they get done. There is no standing around talking and all that crap. They did a very nice job, I was very pleased.

We both left multiple voicemails within a timeframe of a week. We never received any form of contact in return for our inquiry. We chose to pursue them due to their rating in Angie's List but came away pretty dissapointed.

Awesome! They arrived when they said they would, they packaged and wrapped items perfectly, transported everything carefully and quickly, and everything arrived without a scratch. I've never hired such amazing movers before!

The crew did a great job. I can't say anything good about management or its billing practices, so I'll leave it at that.

I was very disappointed in the service. I bought a coupon for three men for three hours. With the amount of furniture we had, I thought they would be able to get the job done without going over too much. I was wrong! It took them 8 hours. I was under the impression that they were planning on spending eight hours at my house no matter what I had to move. They over wrapped all pieces which took a lot of time, only one man was experienced the other two were not and had to be told in detail how and what to do. One of our bookshelves (stone Creek) was attached to wall and they yanked it off cracking the crown molding on it. The individual used liquid nails to repair it. I was not upset that they broke the piece of furniture but the way I was treated was awful. He explained what happened and basically said it was my fault because it was attached to the wall and our other bookshelves were not so they did not know it was. When I asked if they would deduct the time to fix it from our bill his reply was very unprofessional. He said it only took him 45 seconds to fix it and if I wanted to deduct 45 seconds he would. His attitude was rude and very unprofessional. He never apologized! He said the it was good as new. It is not as good as new! It took them 8 hours to move some boxes that were all stacked together in one room, 4 beds, 4 dressers, 2 night stands, 2 desks, 1 dining table, 1 piano, couch and loveseat, entertainment unit, coffee table, end table, 6 bookcases, and a table saw. No appliances!! I will not recommend them to a friend and will not use them again.

They were amazing! Mike was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and his crew worked very hard. Both of our houses had stairs, but they kept a quick pace and got everything done in the time frame we needed. Nothing was broken, and we didn't have any issues. I would definitely use them again!

Booked my move via phone message and email a few days beforehand. Joe, Brandon, and Rich showed up on time on the hottest day of the year at the hottest time of the day and worked their butts off. These guys were awesome, very friendly, hard working, all in all the move couldn't have gone any smoother. Highly recommended!

Called to inquire about Angie's list deal of $199 . I was told I didn't have to purchase that day, the company would honor the deal on moving day. My move with 3 movers from a 2 story home to a drive up storage took 5.75 hours. Initial cost $851(SHOCKED) I noted that the Angie list deal was not honored. Called and spoke with Lisa, she was apologetic and Scott issued me a credit to my card the next day. Movers were courteous and professional.

The two men were courteous, hardworking, punctual and very competent. We were so impressed with the way they knew how to jigsaw all our possessions into the space provided. Nothing was broken except a mirror my husband dropped. They were easy to work with too. Can't say enough good things about them!

Super-fantastic. Scott and Brandon had great customer service, great attitude and very efficient. The movers were very careful not to nick the walls, they covered all entry ways , laid out carpet to not scratch the floor and worked very hard to get everything in the house without any issues. I would highly recommend them.
