very well. couldn't be happier. it was a much bigger job than I thought and they stayed late to finish it.

They were on time and very professional. The staff was courteous and took the time to ensure all items were safe and packaged properly. They showed up with an extra person for no charge. They also conduct background checks on their employees and their equipment was new and in excellent condition. I would recommend them highly and I plan to use them in the future.

Had three other quotes and they were lowest by a mile. Came to make estimate and could not have been more pleasant. Showed up exactly on time and worked very hard and were all professional and as nice as could be...So much so that I paid them more than they asked and just about had to force them to take it. If moving can ever be considered pleasant, than this was it. I believe that this move took longer than they had figured but there was never a complaint and always they were more than helpful. I could not recommend them more highly!!! Sometimes in life you get way more than you pay for.

I went through Angie's List and the BBB and ended up with 3 different companies to get estimates from. I met with the owner's first and was so impressed that there was no need for me to contact my other two moving companies. They were on time with everything, really decisive when a problem did arise and handled it in a timely and professional manner and to my satisfaction. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and were very careful with my belongings. These guys did a great job for me and I would highly recommend them and their services to others.

The move was completed without a problem. This crew worked beautifully together, were efficient, and extremely careful with our belongings. We had many pieces of antique furniture and each was handled with extreme care. We've recommended them to friends and will use them again without hesitation.

We had brief window to move my father's stuff from his home to a storage unit after he sold his house. We bought the deal through Angie's List and were contacted via the site a short time after. They were able to fit us in on short notice. The 3 man crew was scheduled to come out between 2-5, but their previous job finished early and they called to ask if they could come earlier. This worked out great for us so they headed out to his location. Donald, Matt, and Dwayne showed up a short time later and got right to work after going through the paper work. They offered to wrap the furniture, but we declined. In a short time they had the truck loaded and ready to go. The storage unit was out in Surprise, so it took a bit to drive over there. We did get a fuel surcharge for this, so if your move is a longer distance be prepared ( it wasn't disclosed initially I believe, but I knew from prior moves it was a possibility). They did disclose the price per hour if the move were to go over the hour time we had purchased. All three of our movers where very personable, friendly and fast. The guys finished our job within the 3 hour window, with 10 minutes to spare! We were VERY pleased with our service. They made a very stressful time for my father so much easier! Worth every penny! This was the best experience I have had with movers (and I have had quite a few).

Donald and Mike were great, did a super job moving this furniture. They showed up on tiime, and worked steadily, doing an excellent job packing the furniture and boxes in short order. They were friendly, efficient and hard working! The entire job was done in under 4 hours, including drive time. Price is very reasonable, and they were able to do this move on a Sunday for me.

Soft Touch moving is a great moving company. They took all the right care when needed and worked extra hard to get our home packed up and moved. The guys were really nice and made the ever daunting task of moving a breeze. I'll never use anyone else ever!

The folks at Soft Touch Moving are the absoulte best at what they do. Scott, Mike and Jim were quick efficent and a joy to work with. Lisa was open and welcoming with all the changes that we had to make due to the closing date on our new home keep being moved around. I will say if your thinking is out dated as mine was, know this up front these guys can pack a 26 ft truck in about 3 hours, which would be a 4 bedroom house and they would unload quicker. I wish I would have just let them handle the whole move. ( I will if I ever need to move again ). It would have been a better use of my time and my BACK if I would have just let them do the whole move instead of just the heavy things. It ended up costing me more money, time and body aches to rent a 17 ft u-haul truck. I spent two full days of wasting my time and thinking I was saving money. Time is money that was my biggest waste and the area that Soft Touch could of saved me a mint if I hadn't been stuck in my old out dated thinking. The most impressive thing I noted was how well they wrapped everything to keep it protected though the move. The second was the red carpet they rolled out at the front door to reduce the wear and tear from all the in and outs. Thanks again Lisa, Scott, Mike and Jim for a great job well done. The movers took great care with my things. They worked quickly and quietly. One of the movers wasn't as efficient as the other two, but overall it was a great experience.

This was our first experience using professional moving company (we usually just do it ourselves) and after how awesome these guys were we will never go back to doing it ourselves again. The owner was part of the moving crew ( I think that may have played a part in the hustle these guys had), I was pleasantly surprised when they finished the entire move in under 3 hours. The movers were all large, strong guys (no wimps here) and were careful to make sure everything was properly protected and padded. I would definitely use these guys again.

The 3-men crew and truck arrived promptly during the allotted time-frame. Before arrival they called me to let me know that they were about 20 mins away from my place. Upon arrival the lead person assessed the amount of work and let me know right away that there would be an overage and the rate that they would charge me at. This was something that was already communicated to me while I booked the appointment and therefore was not surprised. I felt their hourly rate was very reasonable for the pace that these guys work at. Now a few details about the job: There was absolutely no damage done to any of my goods or the buildings. They installed guards and protective padding all around the corners. Some of the furniture was very heavy but they did a terrific job in packing it and making sure that they ended up in the spot that I wanted in the new house. They stayed late until around 11.15pm and made sure all work was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Soft Touch Moving arrived in a timely manner. The three men assessed the move and asked questions to determine the most efficient way to pack the truck. We had items at multiple locations and they worked quickly and professionally to protect our furniture and belongings. I would highly recommend Soft Touch to anyone who needs help moving. They were courteous and professional. We had no damage to our belongings, nor did they hit any walls coming in and out of the house. They were great! They called and asked if they could come early. Had great supplies, did not scratch up my new tile or paint job! Very easy, personable, and got to work right away. Didn't try to milk the clock. Will definitely hire again!

Scott, Donald, and James moved us. Arrived on time. Did the job and completed on time too. Carried things with ease. Packed things very tightly. It was an upstairs move, and that did not faze them or slow them down one bit. We moved here with a three month lease as we are looking to re-buy again. I was very happy with the entire process, from speaking to the scheduler to the two gentlemen who came out to do the work. The work was done very well and efficiently.

Started off with a confirmation from Lisa she got me scheduled on a weekend with no problem and with not much notice. Movers called about a a half hour before their scheduled time to let me know they were on there way. They arrived right on time. Both guys were extremely in good physical condition built like tanks. Both were courtesy and professional wish I got their names. They took care in handling items wrapping them, making sure doors were protected. They were quickly and with no break even tho they had to carry items down three flights of stairs. Finished the move as promised within three hours plus they helped out with other items that needed to be moved at new house without question or pause..Great job easiest move I have had Thanks

It could not have gone better. They were professional efficient kind and a joy to work with. My only regret is that I had already hired someone to do the actual move before I met them.

I can't remember when I've been as pleased with a service as I was with Soft Touch moving. They took care with a delicate antique bedroom set as well as with both homes. They arrived at the exact time and laid down a "red carpet" in the home to protect the carpet. They even padded the front door to ensure they didn't accidentally mar the door as they were moving the furniture! Everything was carefully wrapped and padded and carried to a very large and clean truck. I watched them strap everything down so it would not move during the trip. When we arrived at my home they took the same care of the home, and carefully unpacked and assembled everything. There was a problem with the antique headboard fitting the bed, which they explained to me. They took their time, even trying a couple different solutions, but in the end were unable to secure the antique headboard and footboard to the my modern full bed frame. In the end, they carried the headboard to the garage until I can order a converter part to make an antique fit a modern bed frame. Not only was their work exemplary, but they (Scott and James) were very polite, professional and patient. I don't have a single complaint about the service I received yesterday. It is no wonder they have such a good rating on Angie's List - they deserve an A+. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

I actually never write reviews, but the service I received by these movers was so Superior I felt the need to let others know that there are fabulous movers available. These movers did absolutely everything right!! I've had several movers over the last 30 years, and none could compare to Soft Touch Moving! It started with the office staff/scheduler Lisa. She promptly returned calls, quoted me aqurate prices, and followed up the morning of the move. It's great to start a transaction with such a detail oriented individual, pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, & aqurate. Soft Touch followed up Lisa with two great guys who went above and beyond in a not the normal situation. Scott and James showed up on time at first location which was a retirement center to pick up the bedroom set. Being a mid-century set, it is considered somewhat of an antique. This genre of furniture is currently experiencing a revival, making these pristine pieces in high demand, and increasing in value. Scott and James wrapped these extremely heavy pieces beautifully and had to take them down by elevator to load in the truck. Upon completion of that, they traveled to the second location, a Doctors office to disassemble the giant glass display cabinet. This piece had tons of heavy glass. Huge glass doors and tons of shelves. They had the tools and the knowledge to take this thing apart?? I still don't know how they did it. Transported the entire load to my home, unpacked, and reassembled the glass display cabinet in my garage. They did all of that for $560, which included 6.50 hrs worth of work!!! I got more than my money's worth!!!! Great guys Scott and James, great staff, Lisa. We are preparing to move into the house that they took the items to, and I will definitely be using them again!!! If there can be a great moving experince this company can provide it. Superb in every aspect !!!

They were amazing to work with and I wish I had used them for a previous move. There was not a scratch on anything. There were no problems with scheduling. They were a little late for the appointment due to going over on a previous job but they fixed the problem by adding an extra person to help with the move. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

The service went great and they did a fantastic job. Three movers came out and completed the job in no time. I did not have much to move. I thought the pricing was very affordable. They were very efficient workers and completed the move in about 20 minutes. They were great at protecting the furniture moved to my son’s house. They were also courteous, professional and respectful of our things. They knew exactly what they were doing and I would highly recommend the company to others.
