It went fantastic, no hiccups, very smooth and quick! They were extremely hard workers.

Moved my furniture from Mesa, AZ to Chandler, AZ. Very professional and friendly. Covered with pads and plastic all furniture items. Covered with pads the doorway so the doorway was not damaged and prevented damage to furniture going thru doorway. Disassembled tables, beds, etc. then reassembled tables, beds, etc. Great service. Recommend Soft Touch to everyone. Price was reasonable. 5 Star service. A 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the BEST.

Scott and Lisa and the gang did a great job! Their price was a lot lower than an Angie's list competitor. They figured one truck but we had a bit more stuff than they calculated so they provided a pick-up truck and a couple of extra people for the overflow at no additional cost. They were on time and prepared both houses nicely protecting vulnerable corners and carpets. We had done packing ourselves; they padded and shrink-wrapped the furniture and moved it carefully. They responded with courtesy and good humor to all our requests, especially on moving into our Tucson home where we had to have them move furniture around to fit the rooms after they'd already been set in place. There was no grumbling or argument even though everyone had put in a long day. We highly recommend Soft Touch and would use them again.

They did an amazing job. I booked for 3 hours and it took exactly 3 hours so that was a good guess. I had 3 movers that did an excellent job and too their time going up the stairs and on the way in the condo making sure not to scratch walls and any paint, they took allot of care. I would highly recommend them to anyone, this was my first time using a moving company.

Excellent!This company does an outstanding job. Very professional,friendly and protective of their belonging. My son-in-law recently got out of Army. He was deployed twice overseas. He has limited use of high he can lift his left arm. He was uncomfortable having movers. The 2 times he has had to use them before(Texas and Germany) stuff was missing or broken. But this company really impressed him. Thank you very much for your excellent service. I recommend these movers if want it done right by professionals.

The movers were very thorough and careful, and worked quickly. They were friendly and professional at the same time. Their equipment was new and up to date, and this instilled confidence in me as they began moving my stuff out. Upon arrival, they were very considerate and helped me get items placed in my preferred locations. Although my move took a little longer than the 3 hours included in the Deal, the additional time was very reasonably priced.

The team of Mike/Matt/Dustin were awesome. They worked hard and fast to get our belongings packed into the truck and over to our new house. Luckily we were only moving 10 minutes away so the entire move only took them 3 hours (we had boxed a lot and had them move the big stuff). The crew was late after being held up at the job before ours but they communicated the issue and promised to get us moved that night. So our move started at 7 pm and ended at 10 pm. They did a great job and we would use them again.

The team was running late due to the previous job running over, but Michael called me halfway through my start time window to let me know, and his estimate for arrival was spot on. He called again to let me know when they were 30 minutes out so I could meet them at the storage facility. Rarely, if ever, have I had such good communication with the on-the-ground moving team so even in spite of the delay, it was refreshing! They moved everything carefully and quickly - there was no standing around here. Nothing was broken, and they even padded/protected the house upon arrival prior to bringing things in. They asked me about placement for everything (if I didn't immediately specify), and even asked how high I would like the boxes stacked so I could reach them/unpack them easily. The guys were fun, and clearly having a good time working together through the process. They apologized for their loudness at one point, but I'll take a fun, rowdy bunch any day over people who obviously aren't having a good time with what they're doing (in spite of the circumstances). Hands down, the best move I've had in the past 6 years... and that includes a few in city, one inter-state, and one cross country move. Keep up the good work guys! ...and everyone else - please remember to offer refreshments to your moving team. It's hot out there and they're doing the heavy lifting for you! A little water, soda, or juice can go a long way.

Soft Touch did an awesome job packing us for our move. Scott and Lisa were totally professional, worked fast, and did a first rate job protecting all our stuff. I highly recommend their packing services. Awesome!

Soft Touch Moving Company is AWESOME! They carefully wrap and transport all of your belongings to its new destination with care. They are thorough and very professional. Please note that the deals online are great, but that the time allotment is never enough to complete the move if you are moving to/from a house. It typically takes 4 - 6 hours in total. But the treatment our belongings received were better than if we would have moved the items ourselves. We have moved twice this year and will be moving 1 last and final time in October. We have used them for all of our moves and will continue to use them for any future moves as well.

Everything went great. We were impressed with the care they took moving our items. They had everything loaded and delivered and unloaded in less than 3 hours. Since it took less than 3 hours they offered to help us unpack. We declined their offer..told then they had worked hard enough. They are the best and we will use them again.

All 3 men were ver professional and nice. Made sure everyrhing was wrapped and moved quickly. Took my bed apart and reassembled it at the new location. Made sure to put boxes where they were labeled to go. Woild definately recomend and use them again.

. The guys called ahead, arrived on time with a nice new truck and got quickly down to business. Although it took much longer than anticipated, all items wer handled carefully and placed thoughtfully.

They showed up on time, moved fast and were able to get my furniture to the destination quickly. I would hire them again.

We moved from one house to another, about three miles apart. Three guys and their truck arrived in the morning, we all expected a half-day move. We underestimated how much stuff we have! The guys loaded the truck three times, it took 18 hours, and they finished at 1:00 AM. Not a complaint, as a matter of fact they were pleasant and helpful (but tired!) until the very last item was unloaded. They did a great job, and I would use this company again without any hesitation.

Drew and Anthony arrived on time, were constantly wrapping furniture, hauling it out and loading it. They were very good natured and excellent workers. Then, they took the items to Mother's new assisted living facility, unloaded everything, and took away all the wrapping materials. We were very pleased with the professionalism, the care they took with Mom's items, and their work ethic. We were totally happy with every aspect of this move. MANY thanks, Drew and Anthony!

They arrived on time , they loaded the truck they dropped off , dismantled the bed, assembled it in the new home . Everything was very smooth. No Complaints at all.Happy with their service. Dont remember the names of the two people who came in , but they were great.

Soft Touch did a great job. They were about 10 minutes late due to rain, but they called to let me know. They met me very early, around 7am at a storage facility, which they emptied and swept clean for me (very much appreciated). They then followed me to our house where they loaded up more furniture and boxes and took all of it to our new house. They were clean, professional, and very patient when I wanted something moved from one side of the room where they had placed it to the other side of the room. I would highly recommend Soft Touch and definitely use them again.
