They came they put our stuff in a Truck, went to storage and put more stuff in Truck and left it all in our new house.

They wrapped all the furniture so it doesn't get scratched. They were very careful with all our belongings. All were non smokers...that was an extra plus for me! I would highly recommend this highly professional company.

Only had furniture in a small area. The provider was very responsible when they first showed up. Came at 6:30 - 7:00 AM. I had items that could not go in boxes, like a TV, Mirror, and pictures, They put them in towels. My son-in-law was cleaning out fridge and moving items into Styrofoam containers. They took containers and put it in black bag and then into box. I had to discard these items because of this due to lack of communication. Provider took 10 hours to complete job and wanted to charge me for completion. I let him know that I am a retired reverend and was unable to pay this price. They were rude once I let them know this and never gave me a copy of the itemized list for service or a bill. They decided to take what stuff remained and took it back to their warehouse and wanted to charge $880 to return my things. They forgot to set up my bed or mount a bookshelf to the wall. They called me back several days later letting me know they would reduce the bill and send someone over to fix the bookcase. They then sent back my stuff after I had paid them, but there are still things missing including a big trunk and they forgot an ironing board that was discarded.

It was the best move I have ever done. I have moved a lot and used packers on several occasions. The crew took great care of my items and I couldn't be happier. While it took a little longer to load than expected, it was due to the fact that they wrapped and protected everything. I have never had that much care of my items on my previous moves. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and recommend them to my own friends and family.

They were professional, they knew what they were doing, very efficiently, the service was for a longer duration but the task was done very quick but was completed and my satisfaction was great.

They showed up later than the original scheduled time with no communication about the delay. However, once they were there, they worked fast and did a great job. They were able to move a large, wooden playhouse through a tight side yard and over a gate. We really thought it was going to fall but they did great!!

Very courteous and friendly. Called to let us know the progress on arrival. Given 5-7p window, showed up at 715p but they had called. All materials were handled with care. Great driver!

Mike, Armando and Bret spent 7 long hours loading and unloading our house from one location to another. They did a wonderful job! They took great care in wrapping my furniture and expertly packed the truck so we only needed to make one trip. We had odd items such as a large potted cactus and an upright piano that made the trip perfectly. Any time I had questions before move date Scott and Lisa were quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this company and I would happily use them again.

Movers are notoriously difficult to deal with. This company was a breath of fresh air. I had a three man crew. All did an excellent job. Rarely taking breaks. They were professional in my interactions with them. They took great care with large pieces of furniture and fragile items. They disassembled and reassembled my bed frames. All items wrapped safely and transported securely. Most importantly, they were upfront about the costs. The initial coupon from angie's list made the price seem very low. Whenever you have a price that seems low, you get concerned that unknown fees will be charged later on. I did have one hour of moving time over the initial 3 hour window. However, the extra amount was very reasonable. Use this company. You will be happy.

I had an estimated start time of 10a-2pm but work did not start until 2:45PM. Even though work did not start as scheduled, I received a courteous update on the movers ETA. The crew was great, all of them introduced themselves to me and were professional all the way. I would highly recommend their services to a friend or family member.

Scott and his crew called me at 7 AM and said they were 30 mins out - they arrived right on time and had the kids' stuff loaded up in no time. Crew was very pleasant, worked fast, and everything was dropped off and unloaded within 2 hours. Highly recommend this company!

The movers were on time. We took advantage of the 3 men for 3 hours for $279 offer provided by Angie's List. The 3 men worked diligently and did not waste time. They wrapped and padded our furniture and also padded the transport dolly. When they arrived at our new home, they rolled out protective floor covering and put protective pads on some of the doorways. By the time the move was over, a knob was broken off one of our dressers and a leg had fallen off our sofa. So, no real harm done although the lead mover promised to replace the knob and notated it on the bill, we have not heard back about the promised replacement. More damage was done to our doorway trim and painted walls. We felt that a bit more care could have been taken to make sure items fit through the doors before just bringing items in, regardless of whether or not the walls were hit. The move took 2 additional hours, which was billed at $110/hour. When it came time to pay the bill we were informed that there was a 4% additional fee for payment by credit card or debit card. We were unaware of this as we had planned to pay with our credit card to get bonus points. Instead we paid by check, which was no big deal - except we felt we should have been informed at the time we booked the job. Overall, the move was successful, but I would not hire them again. I feel that if I had the need for a mover again, I would do more research and work with another company.

The experience was good. They were on time and polite. They were careful and moved everything without banging it up and they followed directions well. I would recommend them to others.

Both of my movers were very nice and took good care of everything. They wrapped everything and covered the door frames which was great. I made sure everything was packed and waiting for them so there wouldn't be any delay. They were late, but they called ahead which was good. My furnature was in good condition both leaving the old place and entering the new place. Nothing broken, nothing scratched. They get an A for that. When we were ready to go, the truck stalled. I had to go out and buy some jumper cables so we could get going. When we got to the new place, the owner met us there and reimbursed me for the jumper cable and made sure I wasn't charged for the delay. I appreciated that level of customer service. I didn't enjoy hearing the workers complaining about their boss yelling at them for the next hour afterwards, though. The only real issue I had with them was the time it took. They took 5 hours to move everything, and when I moved into the old place with a few of my friends and a U-Haul, it only took 4 hours. I hate to be a bit judgy, but when I'm paying by the hour I want my mover to be able to handle my furnature. One of them was very efficient, but one was on the smallish side and was struggling with everything. Which means the trip took more time than necessary. All in all, I'd hire them again, I'd just make sure to get 3 guys instead.

They were very professional. Everything was shrink wrapped for protection and ease of moving. I was amazed at their quickness but at the same time they were very careful with everything. They even made a second stop to pick up a very large and awkward storage unit. They knew right away how to wrap and protect it. It consisted of 4 sections with glass doors. I cannot say enough about how great these movers were. We would highly recommend them.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List for 2 movers and a truck for 3 hours for $209. The movers arrived early, and got right to work. They did a good job and finished the job in the three hours we purchased. I was advised that I would be charged a 10% fuel charge when I made the arrangements for the move. However, that charge was $20 for the moving distance of 17.5 miles when gas has gone down to a 3 or 4 year low. I understood fuel surcharge when gas was so high, but with the price of gas now, it is purely a profit pocket for whatever organization that charges it. That disappointed me. Then we were charged for stretch wrap, tape and a mattress bag. I worked for a moving company when I was in college, and we never charged anyone additional for these type of things. That was part of the cost of the move. Overall, the two gentlemen that did the move did a good job, but at the end I felt like we were getting nickle and dimed for no good reason.

I used them March of last year. They were fine. There were additional fees. It was a lot. It was $1000. Everything was good beside the price. They broke some stuff and damaged some stuff too. The price was bad because they charged a lot for it. They could be more careful with my items and work on lowering the price.

They arrived on time and move everything quickly. They have a cart that move small things instead of carry them one by one, which makes the move much faster! Great guys
