Great. Very punctual and did a great job.

It do not go well. I've hired this company previously and have never had any issues. They did not meet my expectations. They mishandled my items. They broke an antique glass punch bowl, they stacked very heavy boxes on "FRAGILE" boxes that were clearly marked so things in those boxes were damaged. They broke the wooden railings on my bed, which they did offer $75 reimbursement, but that was the only credit I received. They were very nice, but the job was not done properly. Some of the boxes were opened when I got to my new home, and items had been moved into different boxes. Some boxes were brought inside while others were left in the garage. I sent pictures to the owner showing things being stacked incorrectly. I never heard back from the owner about these issues, so he failed to follow up to resolve the issue.

Movers did not show up for our scheduled moving appointment. Paid in advance through Angie's List deal. Thankfully, staff at Angie's List helped us find another local mover within 24 hours. The company did not return calls or emails. The day before we had received our last contact which was a confirmation they would be at our home between 6:30 and 7:00 am. However, with no way to contact them, we were lucky to have been a Silver member of Angie's List and were returned our payment through the guarantee by Angie's List.

Being second job movers were later than had anticipated-but they came through, provided a 4th guy at no extra charge to get the job done within the the time we needed,

I'll be honest, originally when Michael and his crew showed up I was very impressed. They were on time and seemed very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and packed up my furniture with care and moved everything into my new home. The moving experience was actually pretty painless. The reason for the bad review is this; a few days afterward (once we finally had the cable hooked up) we turned the tv on and noticed that our screen was cracked. no big deal, tvs are relatively cheap these days so I figured they'd just credit me back a few hundred bucks. Nope, they said that they'd have to come out and personally inspect the tv (like I'd lie over something so stupid!). Whats worse is that they couldn't tell me when they'd be able to come out and look at it because they were very busy this time of month! Very frustrated at this point due to them not handling this simple issue in a more professional manner.

The movers were extremely helpful! The quality of their work was far beyond my expectations. They made useful suggestions and were very efficient. I have already recommended this company to my neighbors.

It went great. Their service was timely and we didn't need to do anything at all. We Will use them again in the future!!

My wife and I were set to relocate to Dallas, TX from Phoenix, AZ. We went through all the necessary steps to complete a move this distance. We called around to 4 different larger moving companies and had them come out and give us a quote. We selected Bekins moving and we felt comfortable with them and arranged the moving date and worked out the entire headache of fees and timelines. Moving is stressful enough, but on top of it, we were scheduled to close on a house in Phoenix and then on a house in Dallas, all within a 3 day timetable. Unfortunately, the closing of our house in Phoenix was delayed, which forced us to push back our move date and also the date of our closing in Dallas. When I initially contacted Bekins to tell them we may need to push our moving date back, they said "no problem as this happens all the time. Just call us when you are ready to move". As the details of the eventual closings became apparent a week later, I contacted Bekins with a new move date, which was 4 days away. Bekins stated they would not be able to accommodate us as we did not give them 7 days notice. Now whether they should have told me that or whether I should have realized a bigger company would need time to arrange a move to another state doesnt really matter. What matters is the fact we had to be out of our house in 4 days. I turned to Angie's List and contacted Soft Touch Moving.....which was a complete breath of fresh air. Through all of the stress and delays, from the first time I spoke with Soft Touch, I was put at ease. I spoke with Michael in the morning and explained to him my situation and said I needed someone to move us last minute. He went over in detail how they typically operate and then explained some possible scenarios as to how they could accommodate my last minute move. That afternoon, Michael came out to my house, looked at all of our belongings and stated they could get a truck and a crew out to me by 7am the next morning. He gave me a quote for the job and when the quote was higher than Bekins, they lowered the price as much as they could, given the last minute of the move. On Angie's List, Soft Touch has raving reviews and I can see why!! My wife and I agreed to hire them for our move. As promised, the next day, a truck and a crew of 4 guys were at my house. They began wrapping and protecting all of our furniture and items. They padded the doors and took extra care to ensure they didnt ding any of the walls. They worked quickly, efficiently and professionally and with the utmost of care. Every guy on the crew was polite, courteous and hardworking. 5 hrs later, our house was packed and they were on the road. The scenario that was arranged was they were going to take our stuff to a storage facility, store it for 4 days and then reload and drive to Dallas, TX in a 26' truck. I was a little hesitant with the whole unload and reload, but that worry was all for not. As promised, Soft Touch was at our house on the date promised. In fact, they told us 7am, but at 6:45am, they were outside unloading. I met with Scott, who was upfront and honest and said they were not able to pack 2 sawhorses and a shoe rack into the truck and immediately offered to go buy us new ones when the were done or to take the value off the final bill. To complete the move, they hired another reputable moving company from the local area to help unload the truck and at 9:30am, all of our belongings were in the house, with beds setup. I have never seen an operation work so efficiently and smoothly!!! My wife and I just completed unpacking all of our belongings and we have not noticed a single dent, scratch or broken item!! That is a rarity these days! We have 4 flat screen TVs (65", 55", and (2) 32") which are functioning just as they had back in Phoenix. I could use a lot of terms to explain how happy we are with Soft Touch, but I will resist and just simply say this....if you ever need a moving company, I give Soft Touch the highest of recommendations!!! We will use them again!!

This company couldn't have been easier to work with. Everyone involved were extremely professional, and carful with all of my items. There was not a single single scratch on any of my items or the house. If you need a moving company - THIS IS THE ONE TO GO WITH!!!

Scott and his team were on time, professional and a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation to the final delivery to our new home. While packing they took great care with with everything, especially fragile items and all arrived without any damage. The crew was polite and hard working--just who you would want to trust with your belongings. They took much of the stress out of a very stressful time.

Good, although like all of these offers, the job couldn't really be done in 3 hours and they don't tell you until they are at ;your house that every additional hour is $135 per hour! But this is the first moving place that padded and shrink wrapped ALL my furniture and there wasn't a ding on it. Most places just load the furniture in their truck with little or no padding between pieces! S

They moved us way quicker than I ever thought was possible. They were so polite and extremely careful with our items. The movers were hard workers and didn't waste any time! I would recommend them to anyone I know! Seriously these guys are amazing! 11 stars on a scale of 1 to 10!!!!!

It went amazingly well! Mickel, Mike and Randy gave our belongings the royal treatment and they were friendly, funny and fast. Every item was carefully wrapped in moving blankets and shrink wrapped to prevent any damage or lost parts. They padded the front doors and protected the floors too. They got our entire three bedroom house packed into one truck load and it only took them about 6 hours start to finish. I would highly recommend this company and especially this crew - we were very impressed!

Excellent! Soft Touch works quickly and efficiently which is super important to keep moving costs down. They took the time to properly protect valuables but kept time and cost into consideration to meet my moving budget. They are very professional and made great recommendations to streamline the move. They made my move affordable and stress free.

The movers were very professional and efficient. They worked really fast, but managed to wrap everything up so no items were damaged. I was extremely satisfied with the service that they provided.

Michael, Scott, and Robby worked tirelessly for 7.25 hours to carefully wrap every piece in blankets, and put it in the truck. They arrived on time and gave us a 30 minute heads-up that they were on their way. Their attitudes were amazing. No complaints or groaning at all! One piece had to be moved out of my sister’s house to her next-door neighbor’s home to a second-floor bedroom. That one piece would have worn out most folks, but they made it look so easy! I have had three wonderful experiences with this group. Incredible work ethic and polite and hard-working. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better moving experience. Many thanks for treating Mom’s possessions with such great care! Total cost was $861.15. Well worth the 7 plus hours of work!

Excellent. I mentioned Angie's list coupon and they honored it to the letter. The owners Scott and Lisa were very good to work with. They offered excellent communication, great hardworking employees. They arrived on time, did excellent work, and put our minds at ease at a stressful time moving an elderly relative across town. We called them back to do a second move with piano as well.
