Description of Work: Drywall repair - we had a leak with our airconditioner, Smallman's was able to come right out, provided a quote and took care of the repair. The actual repair was a patch roughly 3' X 4' Smallman's textured the repair and you cannot tell there was any work done....it looks great.

I really wanted the job done before the end of the weekend because we were having guests so he painted on Friday and finished the job on Saturday. We are very happy with the results.
Description of Work: He painted a room in our new house. I called him and he came the next day and started painting 2 days later. He finished the next day.

 + 1 moreVery well. He informed me of the "process" and what to expect as far as timing goes. Since this required draining the water heater, he made two visits, one to start the process and then one to finish the job. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, stayed in touch, and completed the job as agreed for a reasonable fee.
Description of Work: Replaced the lower heating element on my water heater. Parts were sent for free under warranty by the manufacturer. He also checked the circuit breaker as well.

Description of Work: We had numerous repairs to be done throughout our 2 story home. I also had some problems in the basement as well. Bruce went right to work and fixed everything on my list except the carpet repair. He quickly called a man that could make that repair and I'm told he will come by in the next few days to take care of it. Bruce can repair so many things. I must say he must have a very well rounded background. He fixed several plumbing problems from faucets to toilets and repaired our fireplace screen and also our sliding glass doors on our bedroom closet. He bought a new dead bolt lock for our back door and quickly replaced it. He charges $50/hr and my total cost was for labor and materials.

He was really great about working me into his schedule. When he came, his work was efficient, quick, and accurate. I will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Repaired broken pantry door hinges, and rehung door. Re caulked behind kitchen sink. Repaired kitchen faucet; replaced O-ring. Unstuck bathroom door.

 + 4 moreBruce was very professional, called back immediately to set up an appointment, did show up 15 minutes late, but called to let me know beforehand. His work was high quality, and he was pleasant. He does charge $50/hr, but he moves very quickly when he works which makes him more of a bargain. I will definitely use him again and do not hesitate to highly recommend him.
Description of Work: I have a rental property that needed many small repairs. Bruce repaired a fireplace mantel, repaired garage door sensors, repaired a broken wooden gate, assessed a poorly functioning dryer(but was unable to repair), and replaced a bathroom faucet.
