For $420 I could have 2 houses cleaned. My walls were ruined and band-aided by the tech who was so completely exasperated when I showed him what he'd done. He then made me dig through my garage for the paint we'd used 4 years ago so he could paint over it. Problem was it needed more than a coat of paint. It is still in need of repair. Weeks later, when I was cleaning my baseboard by the front door there it was again! More blue scuffs and a VERY scraped up wall. I could not believe it! The carpet itself was just OK but again very overprices especially considering the damages and the horrible attitude of the cleaner. How dare I point out that he ruined my house!!?? He made me uncomfortable in my own home and I did not want him touching my walls after he damaged them, I made that clear, at that point I just wanted him to leave, again, I'm very uncomfortable at his anger and hes still asking me to go find the paint in my garage. He fixed it in the same way as if a window broke and he asked me for making tape, there a great analogy. To add insult to injury I was still charged the full amount. I should have been compensated for the wall damage, they should have given ME a check. My husband was furious. I went over the entire sordid mess with the owner including showing her photos Id taken with my phone. I also told her I didn't want her tech coming back from Home Depot to paint my wall. He came back anyway. After every detail Id provided regarding the service AND his conduct she just continued to defend him. Never apologized, just said hes angry because hes sensitive and had been reprimanded by her and that had upset him. WHAT??? I told her after paying $50 for each room along with a guarantee that it will be worth the added expense. It was not as the odors were never really gone but I didn't bother calling back, I didn't want those people in my house and I'd already spent an entire day on the phone trying to get the issues resolved. It was ridiculous. I wanted to be done with these people and cut my losses and moved on. We had repeat business scheduled with them in December. Why they think Id want them to come back after the way the first encounter was handled? The handling of the matter was 10x's more important than the cost or the damage in the first place. If they were eager to retain business they would not have charged us a penny, fixed the walls properly and then asked if there was anything else they could do. NOPE! None of these things happened.The tech did say they're in business to make money. I suppose long term sustainable business doesn't enter into their realm of thought.

Athan the tech, called before appointment to inform me of an approximately arrival time. He explained the overall cleaning procedure and what my options were for additional services. He seemed professional and not overly pushy. Worked quickly and carpets look great what a difference.

I think the service provider did a great job with cleaning our carpets. He was on time and very professional.

My carpets had not been cleaned in 20 months. My friends dog had stained 2 rooms. It all come up and looked great.

He called appox. 30 before he arrived. He was very efficient, nice and friendly. I would recommend this company. The carpets turned out great and the service was excellent.

Dave was through in his inspection. He showed me things I wasn't aware of. He talked to me about the service he was going to perform. He was through in his cleaning of my carpets. Update: On the day of the cleaning the carpets looked great. Within a week many of the spots that were removed returned. I'm going to have my carpet cleaned again.
