Sir Carpet

Awful company! What’s the point of making an appt if you’re expected to sit on standby and verify you are home. They say the lazy tech will call you before coming, but don’t tell you that you are required to answer. So I put all my furniture on the beds only to have them say sorry you called me back 15 min later the tech moved on, even though we still have 1.5 hours left of my window appt. They say we will come back tomorrow with no regard for customer inconvenience. No thank you.

I had my living room painted and the painter got some paint (not alot) on the carpet. So, I bought the $84 deal for this cleaning service on Angie's List. On the day of my appointment the cleaner contacted me to advise that the current job he was doing was more detailed than he anticipated and he would be running behind schedule. He said he would call when he was on his way and he did. I appreciated the update as that allowed me to do what I needed to instead of wondering where he was. He was nice & professional but I'm rating a C because considering how much I paid, he couldn't get the small paint stains out of the carpet. It sucks because I bought the Angie's List deal specifically for that purpose. Other than that, the carpet looks great.

I scheduled my services at least one week in advance for Friday(15th Sep 2017) for 1pm to 3 pm. For last 2.5 hours - at least 10 follow up calls with them but technician is blaming the scheduler and scheduler is telling a different story. They need to be professional and understand that time is money. Stop wasting people's time. Will never deal with this company again in future. This it the phone # of this technician 480-345-1295. As Sir Carpet had +ve reviews - i didn't had a backup plan - otherwise i would just leave them and not use them again?

It went pretty good. They could have done a little bit better of a job.

Carpet not so clean after completion

He came in, gave me the quote, started immediately, and did a very good job. The equipment sucked out more water than who I had last year because my carpet was terribly rippled last year. They did a very good, clean job. I was really happy with it.

They didn't show up for the first 2 appointments, first one on 6/24 & 2nd on 6/27. I called & left a message after the 2nd missed appointment but they closed at 5 so went to VM. The owner called me back within 30 minutes & was very pleasant & apologetic, sent 2 guys to do the job at 7pm when it was to be done at 12-2 with a 2 hour window. The guys were very professional & did a good job but the whole thing was disappointing. I should have been given a refund since it took 2 days of my vacation to get less than an hour of work done. They need to work on their scheduling!!

IT went well, they were a little late arriving but did a good job.

We were so pleased with the great job that was done. He cleaned out stains that were there for three years and was cleaned by other companies. Very professional and quick.

I paid for 3 rooms and hallway for $65 groupon. they arrived within the time frame stated 4-6 and they arrived at 5:36. it took them approximately 35 mins to clean the carpets. the rest of the 15 mins was about upselling. the coupon only included basic clean which doesn't cover any stains, fine understood, that was extra. unfortunately they don't accept amex. my carpet traffic stains are still there. they said a deep clean is $25 per room and would have better results, I have stairs and they said it would be $32, cant substitute a room for stairs. that sucked! they cant help move furniture, don't want to be responsible for damages, taht sucked because i needed help with my glass table, eventually they saw me struggling and one of the 2 guys came to help. . i don't recommend the groupon, unless you want to spend over a $100 for 3 rooms to get good results. he did explain all the fees, dry time of 24hrs and avoid the areas for 4-6hrs. just disappointed in the service, the guys themselves were nice, friendly, and professional.

he cleaned living room hall & one bedroom. told me it would be dry in six (6) hours....it was still very wet at 10.P.M. and when I checked it this morning, it's still pretty damp. I did use fans in all rooms ...... original charge was $63.00 to steam clean. other charge was for "deep" clean & teflon (scotch guard)..... Needless to say I am not very happy at this time.

They offer different scales of cleaning. In trafficked areas, I chose their deepest cleaning level. It made noticeable difference. Our service was performed by a supervisor who has been with the company for years. I hope all are as good and thorough as Dave B. He came back to use up a credit I had on our account. He went over and above on carpet stretching and retacking. They are now our Go-To company, also because not every other service offers stretching and retacking, never mind three levels of cleaning..

Dave did an amazing job. He removed wine stains that had been in the carpet for 6 months! He put thought into the steam cleaning by spending time in high traffic areas. His attention to detail was impressive. I really feel like my carpet was well taken care of. I am extremely pleased with the results. And I will be using them next time.

Sir Carpet did an excellent job. First of all, I had to reschedule about 2 or 3 different times due to last minute trips, work schedule, and family being in town...I wish I could remember her name, but it's the girl who schedules and answers the phones. She was so nice and flexible and never made me feel bad for having to reschedule. One thing I didn't know is that Sir Carpet contracts jobs out to independent cleaners. At least that's what I was told by the two men who did my carpet. They said the equipment and truck was their own and that they were contractors. That is something I would have liked to had known before hand, but outside of that, I had a very positive experience. The two men who did our home was a father and son team. The son who did all the floor cleaning was so nice. The father manned the truck mostly. Both of them were very pleasant and nice and I was happy we were assigned to them. We have a pretty good sized home with a lot of carpet, about 4000 sq ft. of house. There are rooms we don't use so we declined to get them cleaned, even though they offered to do them anyway. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.

From the initial call to the technician that performed the job, this company was great! They were very responsive, did excellent work, showed up on the date and time scheduled and made my carpet look brand new! I will definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs.

We purchased a groupon for this company. When I called and left a message they responded very quickly the next day to set up an appointment. They were able to set up a time during the time frame that I would be available during the week with no problems. The technician that came out called before hand and when he came he was very courteous and professional. He started cleaning the house and even had me stop what I was doing to come see the difference it was making in our high traffic areas. Before he left he gave me all the details on the cleaning and said that if we have any issues to call them up and they will come back out and get it taken care of.

Our professional carpet cleaning prior to this one was about 1 year ago, but we use professional maid service once every 2 weeks and use Roomba frequently to help keep carpets cleaner, although there were several high-traffic areas that definitely needed professional cleaning, so we purchased the service. We have used other carpet cleaning companies before but compared to other companies that charged similar price, we saw the least amount of improvement (for a similar state of carpet condition prior to service) with this company compared to our other experiences (we even rented a Rug Doctor immediately after the professional cleaning to clean up our carpet). The technician was punctual and personable. He did not wear shoe covers, unlike previous companies. The job appeared rushed compared to previous companies who took their time cleaning our carpets. Again, after the service, we went to Safeway and rented a Rug Doctor to clean the carpets.

They were great! they came a little early and began work, they cleaned my whole home (1800 sqft). The two guys were very nice, polite and cleaned thoroughly. And they even cleaned the carpet in all my closets free of charge as a bonus! I know you website has them rated a B but I rate them as an A+

The service went very well. Initially they solved the issues, but we ended up having to call another company a month later to do the service over again. The technicians seemed professional and to know what they were doing. They were just not able to get the pet stains out of the carpet. We had no issues with scheduling, but I would not use the company again.

They were very courteous, they showed up on time, and I was very satisfied with the service. This was a great value for the size of our home.

Everything went great. I had one stain on the living room carpet that was particularlly bad and they must have gone over that spot at least 5 times. They seemed to be determined to get that stain out before they left.

cleaning itself went very smoothly. The results were excellent. The men moved some small pieces of furniture, additionally cleaned two small area rugs and cleaned up after the job. They worked quickly. They arrived on time . There were some spots which concerned me. I moved in here recently and during the move some spots and streaks were left on the carpeting that looked like grease or tar. But they got them up and the carpeting looks great. I did have some reservations about the office staff. I talked to them a few times to set up the appointment, confirm the appointment, etc. and they never asked me about this location; i.e. did I have access to a water line? So the first time I had an appointment set up the man who came brought a truck that needed to hook up to a water line and since this is a second floor apartment he couldn't be accomadated. So he left and I had to make an appointment for the following week sothey could send a truck with its own water. Clearly, one of the most important questions to ask the customer is do they access a water line!!
