Very cordial, professional, and the carpets turned out great. I have light colored loop berber carpet and haven't had them shampooed in almost 7 years, embarrassing, I know, but they were really overdue and I was worried they were beyond help. Sir Carpet came in and cleaned them right up. Even the stairs, which were the worst, came out looking great! The drying time took a while, but I can get over that since they look so great. Very happy customer.

Overall it went well. Got a coupon for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for $59. Only needed 2 rooms cleaned and the technician arrived on time, was very professional and got right to work. Carpets look much cleaner and do not feel "crunchy" or hard afterwards.

I've used Sir Carpet twice. They show up when promised. They use a van mounted carpet cleaner. I am told the van mounted units do a better job than the small machines you can rent. The cleaner was professional and thorough both times.

I've used 3 other cleaners and this is the only company that has really taken the time to take out all the stains. The other companies would tell me they couldn't get out the stains, but Dave stayed a long time until the stains came out. Was very friendly, professional, not pushy. It took a lot longer than I thought it would, but I was happy with the results. I will be using them from now on.

The service was not perfect but it was okay. They were supposed to do the carpeted floors in the entire house and I have two incredibly dirty children. We were trying to basically get everything cleaned. The problem was that my husband was here when they got here and he is not great at giving directions but I still felt like I should have known. We had a whole bunch of plastic kid's furniture and they just went around all of that rather than actually picking it up which I thought was really weird. I have never had carpet cleaners just go around furniture that is easily movable. They came out to do the job within the next week after I purchased the big deal. It was really fast. They tried to upsell me on deodorizers and stuff but we did not do that so we only paid whatever we paid for the big deal. They do a pretty good job for the money but you definitely need to be there to instruct them the entire time. I would use their service again in the future assuming that I am home.

I knew the carpet was in pretty bad shape. I spent a little extra on some of the stain chemicals and pet cleaning products to try and get a deep clean. We had all the furniture moved so he was able to get in and be done very quickly, that was nice as I had a lot going on that day. There was definitely a before and after difference, overall pleased and would hire them again. I think the price was fair, but I wouldn't consider it a "deal".

I have a very light carpet and I had some stains on it, the stains came back after a couple of days and it wasn't entirely a bad job because I just had the lawn reseeded with wry and it was wet 3 times a day so that brought some debris in on the carpet. So it's not like they didn't do a good job I was just a little bit disappointed that some of the stains didn't come out. I wasn't charged anything extra and they also cleaned the stairs. They came out within the week of me purchasing the deal to do the job.

They came, they cleaned, they left. My carpets only looked better when they were initially installed. And they smell fresh too. My only issue was it took a while to dry, but that was expected.

The employees were on time, friendly, and professional. They completed the work quickly and did a great job!

Called them to discuss possibility of having them clean my carpet in Casa Grande (rental) which is in this Angie's List service area. I did talk with them and they were polite, friendly, reasonably priced, but after reading some of the other Angie's List reviews I decided to pass and we ended up doing the carpet cleaning ourselves. At the end of the day, I'm not disappointed with Sir Carpet...more disappointed that carpet cleaning companies won't service the CG area when they are in the same Angie's List region.

The serviceman was very professional and explained the condition of my carpet in great detail. I was very pleased with the results. I have already scheduled another appointment for March.

The guys was really nice, on time, professional and did a thorough job. The stairs were left soaking wet, however, and took 2 days to dry. Overall the carpet looked a lot better.

Sir Carpet gave me a 3 hour service window: 2pm to 5 pm. They arrived at 6:30 pm. Then I had 1/2 hour of upswell pressure before they began the job. It took another hour + to clean carpet, but tracking of water on my tile entry and living room was of no concern. The job of cleaning my carpet was good, maybe very good. But honestly, they wore me out & I can't recommend them.

He was cordial and worked fast. Charged me $69.00 over my coupon of $147.00. Claims he had to use different solution and equipment.I was impressed how the colors brightened up. Took 3 days for carpets to dry. I feel that fraud was committed with the extra charges. He gave me ads with all different prices. Example 5 rooms FOR $75.00. whole house cleaned for $130.00 3 rooms for $59.00 . Then he wrote on my ads he would do my 3 bedrooms and these throw rugs for $99.00 Angies coupon was for more then any of his rates. $147.00 These are the prices of door hangers he gives out.

We purchased 2 deal coupons. Each coupon covered up to 1800 sq ft. Sir Carpet were extremely flexible and helpful in getting us scheduled -- which was key given that we had a 3 day window between our coupon purchase and our closing date (when we would move our furniture in). They did a great job. The only issue I had was the upsell of other services. On our new home we decided to pay for the extra cost to sanitize. On our old / rental we didn't bother. The upsell wasn't a hard pitch -- it was presented as an optional service. Just thought it would have been part of getting the carpets cleaned. Carpets looked very good and were dry in less than 12 hours.

They were punctual. They did a really good job.

In addition to what I wrote above we almost had to cancel because they were running late and we had another appointment. This was my first experience with Angie's List. I am not sure I want to try another business.

It was terrible. They did not do what they were supposed to do, they sent one man instead of 2 and I had to help take the furniture out of the hose. I got my money back. The man who owns the place is very considerate about not sending anybody back out to redo it.

Dave and Sean came out to my house after I purchased the whole house carpet cleaning coupon on Angie's LIst for $147. They arrived when they were supposed to, and Dave walked through the house with me. There were a few extra things I wanted done, like a wool area rug. I also asked Dave about stretching the carpet in the master bedroom. When it was put down several years ago, it was done poorly, and it has since developed bubble areas. Dave quoted me a price on top of the $147 carpet cleaning for the wool rug and stretching the carpet in all the upstairs rooms (he showed me how loose the carpet was in all the rooms). The quote was an additional $300. I thought that was very reasonable, knowing the amount of labor that goes into stretching a carpet. I actually thought the master bedroom alone would cost about that much, and the nice thing is that he said they could do it while they were at my house cleaning the carpets, instead of making a new appointment. Those guys worked their tails off! I had one room where the carpet was really dirty, because the dog likes to sleep in there. They put a lot of extra work into that room, and the carpet looks great. I am very satisfied with the rooms where they stretched the carpet. It looks 100x better. Dave and Sean were very personable, explaining how they cleaned carpets, the carpet stretching, and they worked really hard while they were here. Carpet looks great and I would definitely use again!
