Description of Work: Did a move out shampoo of whole house family room, stairs, 4 bedrooms. Next day it smell terrible and was told it was because of my dog, who is regularly groomed bi-weekly. I've had other companies shampoo my carpets before and never left a lingering smell. Terrible results

Description of Work: They cleaned carpet for a very reasonable price, until "extra charges" were needed in order to do it right. I had a sick dog that had soiled (urine)the carpet, and I wasn't guaranteed that it would be clean unless I were to pay more. I would have liked to know the cost of the upgrade before using them. I am on a budget, and don't appreciate "hidden costs". They also would have charged to protect the carpet, so it would have been out of my range to complete the job properly. I also don't like when carpet cleaners comment on the "company who did the job before didn't get your carpet clean", yet it was another recommended company, which is why I gave them a lower rating on professionalism.
